Do not go to the Lafayette location. We have been ripped off multiple times. We will use the kiosk and still the employees can not get it right. We politely informed them they forgot items and got the order wrong and they straight out insulted us and said we were just being a bother. I am sorry, if I am charged for items, I expect to get said items. When I pay for modifications, I expect them. They were all out of all sodas, didn’t listen to our complaints, and not even apologize for the trouble. They will never see a penny from me again. I will drive the extra distance to go anywhere but here.

Second time we went here and this place did not give us our FULL meals. This time they didn’t give my husband basically a FULL meal that he ordered and the price was $49. The workers need to do their job right! CHECK TO MAKE SURE YIU GIVE PEOPLE THEIR FULL MEALS! And it’s not easy for us to drive back. We live closer to RBS!

This place has really has no sanitation. They have a bad case of bugs. I ordered a taco and it had a black insect inside the sour cream. The manager didn’t even look surprised when I showed him it. The drink machine in the lobby spits out black specks because they do not clean it.

The employees here are very disrespectful and often miss items in the order. If you go here make sure you speak very slowly and ask the clerk to repeat the order back to you. There is a chance they get offended and tamper with the food.

I m on crutches and noone was in the restaurant 2, employees standing behind the counter and I had a hard time opening the door, but made it to the restroom then came out of the restroom, decided to use the drive thru, so exiting the taco bell wasn’t easy, the door was heavy got 1 crutch barely opening the door finally made it out, only for my good leg to give out. On the curb, but not 1 employee offered to hold the door, or acknowledged my existence, but did, I. Noticed when I hit the ground on the curb. I will get better my heel won’t always be broke, but there are people that will never be better. Crutches and or wheelchair for life, so I hope you treat them better or learn manners from this!

Most of the people here at Taco Bell or nice your service is good the atmosphere is good but your food man there’s just not enough meat on them burritos you get piles of lettuce piles of cheese Pals and beans and two pieces a little bitty pieces of meat.
