I stopped here while driving through the area. The service was fast and food came out quickly and hot. The inside lobby was clean and this restaurant has the new Taco Bell layout and interior design. I like all of the new Chicken themed boxes and as always very affordable pricing. My only suggestion would be to have employees smoke out back instead of right out by the front door.

Jumped off I24 for quick lunch at Taco Bell. Clean bathroom. Employee was mopping and wiping tables. Food was hot and server polite. Well stocked with condiments. Nice experience.

The particular location is garbage, I don’t recommend if you’re looking for quick or edible food. The people seem nice but it’s taken well over a week to process my refund so the niceness doesn’t really help the experience. Would 100% drive ten miles out of the way to go to the Springfield location instead which says something if you’ve been.

ordered 2 steak grilled cheese burritos and a chicken quesadilla, doesn’t sound that hard I mean it’s 3 things.
I get the bag feels a little light I look in there’s only 1 burrito I knock on the window for 3 minutes until someone finally comes and makes it. Then I get home so excited to eat my quesadilla and there is literally 3 pieces of meat yummy tortilla

Just don’t. My husband and I were already sketchy about the Taco Bells in the area. Even with my husband mentioning a CHICKEN Gordita crunch as well as CHICKEN Dorito Tacos, they still gave us beef. And obviously they added a random potato and only a teaspoon of beef to the taco. We’re also missing some things.. Disappointed is an understatement.. we won’t be coming back.

I’m convinced that this Taco Bell has a bad rating because the locals don’t want to have it busy. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to, EVER. EVERY SINGLE TIME the food is hot and fresh. There’s never a long wait. The kids working in there are always polite, and helpful. Highly recommended

I picked food up from with in the store and located a half smoked cigarette butt in my bag of food when I called the store to complain was told by the manager they don’t smoke there and neither does my family this is the nastiest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life will never go back and for the safety of your health don’t eat there DISGUSTING !!! I can only give them a 1 but I would give them a negative 10 if I could and will be letting everyone in Joelton know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
