Well I don’t quite understand why my Tacos where smashed in the bag..hell one was even open and falling out in pieces..the picture on right is how it looked when I took it out of the bag,this was unacceptable..I had a burrito and cinnamon twists also,but that was fine1 -8 -2026 mobile order

There was literal plastic in my food. Like the kind of plastic that goes over a TV dinner. In my nachos. It made me sick to my stomach to even see that. How disgusting and negligent of this staff. I worked at a fast food establishment for 4 years and never ever did that happen or anything remotely close to this. The Cashier is someone i once knew personally. We never had any issues but she was someone i knew through a family member and they had a falling out. I just hope that this wasn’t done purposefully. I hope this doesn’t or hasn’t happened to anyone else. She was pretty rude at the window also, but i’d like to give the benefit of the doubt she could have been having a bad day. Needless to say I’ll go to the springfeild location from now on.

I understand this is a new location but I’ve been through the drive thru 4 times now since it opened and have had absolutely terrible quality food. Today, the spicy potato taco has rock hard overly burnt potatoes with a hard “old” feeling tortilla. Quesadillas are a folded tortilla with barely any cheese. I’m blown away at how poor the food is and how bare minimum customer service is given in the drive thru. So sad, hope it gets better soon. I’ll be going to other locations when I have a taco bell craving.

Place is trash honestly. So hit or miss and mostly a MISS. Employees are always outside in the parking lot/standing with the back door wide open staring at you as you pull in the parking lot like you’re bothering them for ordering. Chicken in my quesadillas is literally rock hard. Can smack it against the table and it sounds like a literal rock. Sad really.

Wow! Was so happy to have a Taco Bell here in Greenbrier! By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too! This was our 3rd time going thru! Last time my potato taco was Burt and hard.. this time we waited for fresh potatoes and got 3 potatoes in my rock hard tortilla that I couldn’t even eat! And whatever that breakfast burrito my husband got was just tortillas with nothing in it! Absolutely awful.

The person taking my order was very rude. On top of me trying to get over how bad I was being rushed they also left out my special instructions and a Mexican pizza. Not a good experience and from what I remember it’s happened before at this place.

It’s what you’d expect of a Taco Bell, you might get your order right, then again you might not. It’s a 50/50 chance,.
For example, in the drive-thru, I ordered two beefy five layer burritos with no sour cream, and two cheesy gordita crutches.
They read it back to me, and it showed correct on the screen.
Instead of receiving what I ordered, I received two quesadillas, and two soft tacos.
So I drove back around and told them their mistake.
They argued with me about it at first, and they only relented once I showed them the receipt and the items they had given me together.
All in all it was difficult to get my correct order, but you get what you get with Taco Bell ♂️
