If I could give zero stars, I would. I have worked in some type of customer service my entire life and I have not received such horrid service as I did last night at the Indian Land location. This was my first time ordering pizza from Marco’s and I was so excited to try it because many told me it was great. Instead of getting pizza, l left with a terrible taste in my mouth with the incompetence of this location. I placed an online order to be ready at 5:30. I arrive at 5:51. First, it took 5 minutes to look up my order. Then, once its found all the teens standing around can’t find my order, its obvious. One guy tells me it will be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I go back up to the counter. First, no one acknowledged me that I needed help. They kept looking at me but no one came up. Finally after standing there for 3 minutes I asked “is someone going to help me?”. One employee reluctantly comes to the counter and I ask her how much longer my order is going to be. I tell her my name. She gives me the wrong order. I give it back. Then she goes and talks to someone. All the teen employees are whispering and looking at me. This goes on for 4 to 5 minutes. I finally ask if anyone is going to tell me what is happening with my order. One gentleman finally comes to the counter and looks up my order, again, and says “I don’t know what happened”. In my calmest voice, I tell him ” I know what happened, I came in and my order wasn’t ready and no one did anything to make it or fix the problem”. I received my refund and left. I was not rude but I was obviously very upset. There was no adult manager around AT ALL. I asked if they could change it to delivery and all behaved as if I was speaking a language they didn’t understand. I was supposed to be somewhere at 6 with pizza. Instead, I arrived 20 minutes late to my engagement with NO pizza. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing moments I have had as a consumer in 20 years.

Good pizza, but not worth waiting 2 hours for. Ordered a pizza and waited 1.5 hours before calling the store, only to be told they are short of delivery drivers. Had to cancel the order only to be told my credit card was charged already and it will take 3 – 5 days to receive a refund.

First off I am a huge Marcos Pizza fan, I grew up eating and love their food. However this has to be the worst Marcos I have ever ordered from. 2 months ago I ordered a ham sub and it literally had one slice of ham on it. There were more banana peppers and mayo than ham. I called and let them know so it didn’t happen again, the young man who answered the phone said sorry. That was it. I gave them another chance yesterday and ordered a specialty pizza, app said 36 mins till delivery sounds great. Pizza showed up cold 50 mins later. I will not order from this Marcos again. Save your money and go somewhere else. This Marcos is not worth wasting your time or hard earned money.

Marcos Pizza has really been exceptional as far as service and response go. I’ve had to order pizza every week for Indian Land Middle School Volleyball team and they’ve always been ready to serve! Harley is an A++ to their establishment. She is super friendly and very accommodating! She deserves much praise! Her employers should feel blessed to have her on their team! Thank You Marcos for serving your community with such pleasantness.

I honestly only get my pizza at Marco’s now because of the taste. But service has been in the decline. First time I noticed was when I opened my pizza box and half of my pizza was but not like I ordered. But hey, pizza is pizza so I didn’t think to complain. But then last Sunday, I ordered a pizza, told the wait was 30 min, but then actually was like an hour. I went in at around 30 min, pizza was not ready. I paid for my pizza, sat down and they forgot I was there. I had to go up and remind them I was still there and they told me the pizza had been done 10 min ago. Management needs to step up and train your guys before you lose more reputation.

Ordered pizza, wings extra Buffalo sauce and two 2 liters of Pepsi for delivery. 1. Brings me completely wrong order. 2. Brings pizza and wings. No Buffalo sauce or my two 2 liters of Pepsi. 3. Call them and they send a driver with 1 2 liter of Pepsi. 4. Driver brings the last 2 liter of Pepsi and the wing sauce. This went on for 1hr. It took 1 hour for them to bring my meal in 4 separate deliveries. Audra the manager took zero responsibility and told me I got my order. The District Manager said the same thing. I did get my order but in pieces. My meal was cold and the fact they won’t try to even take responsibility for the horrible service let alone give me an apology, tells me I won’t eat here again. Horrible. Buy your pizza elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.

Called about the status of my order after 80 minutes from placing my order. They said they would let me speak to a manager which then I had to wait 25 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, they answered immediately and asked to speak to a manager and he said they got really busy and could not answer my question why no one answered my call after waiting 25 minutes. Great pizza and food when we order but definitely need to improve on customer service. We order about every week or two. Looks like we might have to find a new favorite pizza place.

I don’t know why I keep ordering here and thinking the results will be different. Maybe it’s just a delivery problem, but pizza is NEVER delivered when they say it will be.
Twice I ordered between 6pm and 7pm and it has been nearly 9pm before pizza arrived lukewarm at best.
Estimated time for my order tonight was 7:44pm (ordered at 6pm exactly). It is now 8:05 and order still shows it at prep. No idea when this will arrive. Just not worth the frustration!

Absolutely love Marco’s Pizza!!
I do not usually eat pizza[ because most of the time they are just nasty]then about a year ago a friend got me to try it. I love the ingredients, they don’t make me sick or my stomach ache. My family also loves them above all the rest.
The restaurant was very clean, bright open area. Employees were nice. Definitely will be back…
My only problem is I have to drive 30 miles to either of the two locations [Indian Land or Rock Hill]. And because I drive so far I normally get 2 pizza’s to make it worth the trip.
Sure wish one would come to Lancaster SC.
But until then roadtrip…lol

A month ago I ordered a pizza and they said 45 mins, hour and 10 mins later it arrived luke warm. I ordered a pizza tonight and they said 45 mins. An hour and 10 mins later I called and he said it was still at the store and his drivers were out making other deliveries BUT I can come pick it up if I want!! Canceled the order, with no offer or attempt at making it better except me getting in the car and going to get it. Thanks buddy.
