We have had 2 experiences in the past year that we’re not good. We had to wait on our food, which is a good thing. But when we got it, the shells on tacos were limp and chewy like they were sitting with filling too long . The stuff inside the shell was cold like it had been prepared ahead and sitting.
This happened twice now and we wished that we would have went to firehouse subs next door. We understand this is fast food, but how long does it take to fill a taco shell? We will not be back.

Doritos tacos with nacho fries was cold
Ask Jeffrey P (cashier) for fresh fries he said that they’ve just came up a few minutes ago, when I grab food nothing was hot. I asked for the fries to be recooked to be fresh, and that if I had to wait on fries that everything else should be made fresh also. Jeffrey P the cashier began to get rude stating on headset “can you come refund this shit” “I’ll just give you a refund”. Then he closed and locked the window.

This place has been in Phenix City for as long as I can remember. Back in the 90’s it was a great place for a late night snack and it still is today.
Even with their update to the outside and the menu changing over the years it still stands as the only Taco Bell I’ll go to around town.
Never had a rude encounter, never had an unfixable order, and even if the slight chance something was wrong they fixed it immediately and politely.
Definitely recommend this Taco Bell if you’re craving their brand of tacos.

I’m not the only one that gets drunk cravings and want taco Bell. lol, I don’t think I will go to Taco Bell again because of my bad experiences at this location. We’re paying $10 for a chalupa and they do this to me lol.
I was young once and worked at two fast food restaurants. I always ensured I took proper care of my customers food and made their food how I would like it. These young kids don’t care. They’re disrespectful and can’t even make a damn Taco Bell taco. Goodbye Taco Bell.

Walked in stood there 5 minutes not one employee acknowledged that we were in there. Employee walks in from taking out trash cans with food gloves on that is against health Code. Taco Bell you need to train your employees better at customer service and the health Code. Did not order.

Ordering from the drive thru the lady was very rude and rushing me through the order with an attitude. When I asked a question about a Combo she snapped at me like that’s what you asked for when I was just trying to see what came with it because I didn’t know the menu. Customer service is not for everyone obviously!

I would give zero stars if I could!! Worst service I have ever had from them!!All of the food we ordered was horrible!! It was sloppy and thrown together!! None of it was made the way we asked for it to be!! My crunchwrap was the worst of all!! Half made!! One corner had meat cheese and sour cream literally one corner!! It was all broken apart when I pulled it out of the package!! It was hard as a rock to the point you couldn’t even bite into it!! Do better something needs to be done about this ridiculous service!!
