Jeffery genuinely saved my life tonight. I just left the hospital where the doctor told me the only cure for my illness was a Crunchwrap Supreme with no tomatoes.
I arrived at Taco Bell on Glenn and had the absolute honor of being served by Jeffery. He let us know they were short staffed and things might be a little slow, yet somehow this man moved with the precision of a Navy SEAL and the heart of a saint.
Not only did he make my Crunchwrap in a timely manner… he ACTUALLY left out the tomatoes. No surprise tomatoes like I often receive from other locations, just pure, tomato-free excellence.
Jeffery deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably a small statue in the parking lot. Thank you Jeffery for your service to the Auburn community and to humanity as a whole.

I normally set my orders for pickup and order online, and came into the lobby and waited 10 minutes before I was even addressed. Two employees gave a customer his order, didn’t even look my way and proceeded back to the line. Finally after the young lady who was working the drive thru finished making a drink order, I was acknowledged. And what do ya know! My food had been ready the whole time. I guess if I wanna be greeted as soon as I step a toe inside the door I gotta go to Moe’s. Do better, y’all.

It’s a Monday night and me and my girlfriend placed an order around 8pm on the app. We arrived at about 8:15 pm and checked in, when we got to the window, they informed us that they were lacking some of the materials to make the whole crunch wrap that I’m typically used to, but were super polite and even offered to make some modifications to get as close as they could to getting us what we wanted. They were very kind and even gave us some cinnamon twists to make up for it. This is what makes customers happy and keeps them coming back. Thank yall

This location is a disgrace to Taco Bell. The whole point of a drive thru is to be in and out quick. If a drive thru takes 15 minutes I might aswell dine in. I was shocked when I came here as I usually go to Taco Bell’s in Georgia where you get your food literally within 2 minutes from ordering to paying to having it ready to go. And they said they were short staffed today but it’s my second time here since January and it was the same as the first time, no improvement. Service is so disappointing.

Jae who’s taking orders is so amazing while taking your order at the drive through. This doesn’t happen. Taco Bell is blessed to have someone who’s kind and upbeat. She needs a raise! Also she asked about rounding up for the boys and girls club. Love when companies support a local organization.

The food has made me sick as a dog each time, but Honest to god i keep going back they’ve got best customer service they’re always so kind!!!! I love the atmosphere and smiles. I cant eat taco bell ever again but I want them to know Its made my days so much better.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered my food on the app and 20 minutes before I arrived and when I did they insisted that it was going to be a 30 minute wait. I waited 10 and got back in the drive through lane because no one was there and waited at the window for an hour while no one spoke to me or communicated what was happening at all. The service and the employees were so rude and AWFUL (this is coming from someone in the food industry) I would NEVER treat my customers this way.

I did a mobile order. You have time to get mobile orders correct it would seem. But no wrong drink and my food was literally dumped into the box. Careless !!

The absolute worst. They can never get orders right. It literally tells you on a screen what was ordered and still somehow screws up the order. Ordered the tacos Supreme with no lettuce and tomatoes. Tacos should have been meat, cheese and sour cream only. Instead, they had meat, cheese and tomatoes. I don’t understand.

I pulled up and my taco bell app wasn’t working so I went ahead and decided to order. As I was ordering the app finally loaded so I asked the worker if I could still give her my code. She said “yes of course” and I gave her the code. Then some other random lady working there hopped on the mic to say “ Just so you know, you’re supposed to give the code BEFORE you order.” We just ignored it tho and continued our order with the polite worker. We thought that was the end of it – we were wrong. We got our food and from first glance everything was fine just some extra fries spilled in the bag. But after we opened the food we saw they dumped fries into the Mexican pizza, rolled some nacho fries in our napkins and absolutely trashed the quesadilla. The top of it was ripped up and a HUGE mess and the bottom of it wasn’t cut at all making me have to rip it even more just to eat it . Also the sauce, they were supposedly out of, was all over the entire quesadilla and box. We only went to this one because it had the best reviews, but honestly i have no clue why they have such good reviews, they must’ve bribed y’all.
