Usually I love this Taco Bell but my most recent visit had a major issue. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with NO tomatoes. I watched as they fully prepared it with tomatoes and then one of the employees took it from the press, unfolded it and picked out all the tomatoes, and then folded it back and let the other guy cook it and then hand it to me. Luckily, I’m not allergic to tomatoes. I know people with allergies assume the risk of cross contamination and it seems like a waste of food to toss the Crunchwrap and remake it, but they’re putting themselves at a huge risk of a lawsuit by not properly practicing this. To some this may seem like a “Karen-ish” complaint, but to someone it’s a huge issue. Very disappointed.

They only gave us half our order when we went in to get it fixed they changed out the food they had given us which they aren’t supposed to do, they had everything labeled incorrectly. They had an attitude over it they weren’t even busy and were mad at their own mistakes. Never returning to this location.

Usually there’s not much issue with this location but dang. We didn’t get one of our drinks we ordered. I told the woman working the drive thru window, and she gave us a cup of lemon concentrate. I’ve worked fast food. I know it sucks. But that kind of stunt hurt my feelings to be frank, and it’s not like we were rude or impatient either. It was just mean.

I ordered the Mexican pizza with extra beans. It did not have extra beans and the meat and cheese was just in the center. It is mostly dry shell. They charge way too much to give you a dry shell.

A taco bell to stop and eat, outdated restrooms need often cleaning during the day, staff not to fond of people eat in at lobby after 9pm. Worth mentioning is the good cleaning is done before closing at public area.

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, maybe the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I actually enjoy eating inside when I never would at other locations. Also the food seems like it is better prepared at this location compared to the location at Airport and Schillinger in Mobile, AL. I drive out of my way 8-10 minutes to come to this Taco Bell when the Airport and Schillinger location is like 3 minutes from my house. The better prepared food, nice employees, and clean dining room make a huge difference.

This is just an ok taco place. It was $1.83 for a small basic taco and I had to beg to get sauce to go with it. The tables looked fairly clean but the floor was a mess. Maybe drive through is cleaner.

Newly remodeled. Super organized and clean. Food prep time was awesome and the staff was very helpful. No pics of my kid’s enchilada from the cravings menu because she ate it so fast!
