This happened at 10:10pm.
When I was at Mc Donald’s they only gave me one bag of my order and not the other half of my order. I was missing
2medium size fries
4 piece chicken nuggets
And had to go back inside to fight for the missing food.
There was a rude employee a little overweight and had a cap on she said “ hahaha you forgot the fries” she was being very disrespectful towards me like if she did it on purpose and not doing her job right!. I’m disappointed about my customer service at this Mc Donald’s. And this is every single visit that I always go through at this location. Fix your customer service! Last but not least my fries were kinda burnt and
not made properly.

I had ordered today at mc Donald’s on January 2nd at 2:45pm. When I was there I ordered a happy meal and large fries, when I came to the window where I pay for my food. And went to the next window. They gave a whole different entire order I didn’t even ask for or even payed for. It was a Big Mac and large fries and 6 chicken mc nuggets. I am extremely not satisfied by my customer service and they charged me 2 dollars more than what I was suppose to pay. Fix your management with your employees. Also the employees were goofing off being distracted

The team that is at 4:00 am is really bad. The lady that taking orders is always in a bad mood. They don’t accept credit card every time that we go in the mornings. Also they never put ice the drinks. Manager pls do something about it. Thanks

Ok service I just hate when they space out and always get your orders wrong, not only instead of serving soggy fries try giving out fresh fries for change, I hate when they give you old French fries. Also same goes for the nuggets. But overall the food is good
Update: the service was slow in line I hated that they took ages to take peoples orders, but the strawberry shake made up for all of it, it was so delicious 10/10 a bit too sweet but I liked it.
Another recent update I ordered fries and chicken nuggets for lunch I asked for ranch or sweet and sour they said they didn’t have any. I’m disappointed how their on shortage on their supply

Another update: they didn’t put much effort or even sweet in my Mc cafe iced caramel macchiato I’m really disappointed all it tasted like was plain coffee barely caramel

Recently this mc Donald’s hasn’t bin making freshly made food.its either tasting like warmed up left overs and fries taste like if they were made yesterday and they were soggy. Train your employees better for the food to be fresh. Not soggy and cardboard

I have no clue if this mc Donald’s is going broke but the stop serving sauces and give barbecue sauce in a circle shape plastic container. And the chicken for snack wrap kinda tasted rubbery

Employees seem like they do not care about their customers. Crew size seems to be decent, but they do not seem to care. They keep people waiting (25 minutes for an ice tea and chicken nuggets). They do not take care until you match their negative vibe, then they get offended and treat you like it is your fault for not “patiently waiting” for them to have time to listen to you or give your order. Not coming back, I’ll rather drive a couple of miles to the next McDonalds.

Not the first time with very poor and bad service , almost all the time they have cold coffe and the worst thing , today I bought a two egg mcmuffings on one of them I found the whole eggshell I could get choking, so I went back to them and they even said sorry just gave me a sandwich I wasnt looking for something else but at least they should be courteous with customers , on the past They gave me cold coffe and Ive been told them about it they just answear “thats weird we always have very hot coffe “
The point of this claim is for the corporation to take things up with the management because all of you people who is reading this , should tell me ” dont buy anything from there” but customers like you , me and everyone deserve a good treat as we pay for it , we are not asking it for free!!!

I normally wouldn’t take the time to rate a McDonald’s, but this one was actually fantastic. SUPER friendly staff and really clean place. There were a couple of transient individuals inside at first, but they were very friendly too, and seemed to get along well with the staff. The staff was very kind and polite, and even walked over orders to people at tables! (Even if they were, like me, taking it to go!)
Might’ve been because it wasn’t peak hours (I came at 8 PM), but still, fantastic!
