I eat here weekly for lunch, it close to work a convenient. I always order the same thing.. #2 soft shell, somehow they very rarely get my order correct, when they do the food is great! But the service is horrible!!!!!!!! The attitudes this staff has is beyond me! How hard is it to tell someone “you’re welcome”… I’m handed my drink, I say thank you.. nothing… handed my card back, I say thank you…. Nothing… handed my food, I say THANK YOU… ONCE AGAIN….. NOTHING. If you hate your job so much you literally work in fast food you could easily go to another restaurant where you’re valued and a better fit. Attitude and atmosphere changes everything. STAFF DO BETTER.

Everything we ordered was made wrong. Beef Grande nachos… what a rip off. 1 tbs of guacamole, 1 tbs of normal tomatoes (should have been the Pico de gallo), a little bit of shredded cheese on top of a few chips. No sour cream???No where near $6 worth of food…. this was the amount of chips for a regular cheese and chip nacho. Cantina Burritos are not being made correctly at all. They did not have the correct sauces on them much less anything other than chicken on the Inside. And I ordered these to have extra Avocado ranch on it, you charged me for the extra, but didn’t put any of it anywhere. And Avocado Verde is not the same thing. Epic disappointment. Someone needs to go teach these people how to make this stuff properly. The self ordering machine is missing the Cantina menue/ combo options.

I drove to Taco Bell expecting a quick stop, only to be told they were cash only, so I had to drive over to my bank next door to get cash before returning. When I got back, they told me they were out of several items — including the nacho cheese tacos I actually wanted. Honestly, it felt like they were hoping I’d just leave instead of ordering, but I don’t like most of the items they were out of anyway, so I went ahead and ordered cool ranch tacos. I made it very clear I wanted them plain, no lettuce, which is always how I get my food.
When I got home, every taco had lettuce. My order was simple and straightforward — nothing complicated — so this should have been easy, but it wasn’t. It’s especially frustrating when you make a clear request not to have something in your tacos, only for them to put it in anyway. After all the hassle, it left me really annoyed.

Went through the drive through after seeing a movie at the theater and there was a very minimal wait time in line and the line was going pretty quick. They got our order right and gave us plenty of sauces. I had the soft taco supreme and my son had soft taco with meat and cheese only and they got our order right and were very quick. They arent really very good at presentation of the food but its tacos so they are messy anyways. Everything was good.

Taco Bell is a go-to favorite for us. I always order the Crunchwrap Supreme along with a Doritos Locos Taco Supreme—can’t beat that combo. It’s consistently good, filling, and hits the spot every time.
My oldest daughter regularly gets the meat-and-cheese soft shell tacos, and she loves them just as much. The menu has something for everyone, whether you want something classic or a little different.
Great food, lots of options, and a place we both genuinely enjoy. Taco Bell always delivers!

I really hate to give them a bad review because the people that work here are very nice but this place is run so bad! They are more concerned about the drive thru which backs up so far out I see why. The managers definitely need more training on how to ensure the flow of the front and the drive thru. You can’t have the entire staff more concerned about the drive thru. If you go inside expect 30 minute wait during rush times.

Every time I order xtra sour cream I never get it. I specifically asked could she make sure they put it on there today and her reply was, “They hear you!” Guess what, hardly any sour cream at all. I’ve probably wasted $20 at this location on xtra sour cream that I’ve never gotten. The food is always poorly made. I’m not the only one that complains about this location. They need new management…

It had been over a year since my last visit to this Taco Bell location, and I was very impressed. The electronic kiosks for ordering are a great addition, as I prefer them over ordering at the counter. Our order was prepared quickly and without any issues. The staff member who prepared our food was polite, and the food itself was surprisingly good. I’ll definitely return soon.
