This particular Duncan was a little more extra. As I’ve experienced in the past in other stores friendly staff and great service. But this one has two settings on either side of a fireplace that was rather cozy. Plus comfortable. I would guess there are others like this. They also had a few outside tables. It made it inviting in our hustle faster lives.

Who runs on dunkin? NOT Liberty ohio! That’s forsure! This dunkin location is a JOKE! Everytime I order an iced latte it’s all cream no espresso no flavor … last week I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to be told they don’t have eapresso. Now today, Im waiting in line for 20 minutes and didn’t even get to place an order, and will pull off after i write this review. There’s no lights on at all outside , even the menu was dark. But you’re open 24 hours ? Clearly needs better management .. maybe take notes from the new dunkin in niles they are spot on everytime. Bffr

Went to the drive thru. You could barely here them on the intercom. I repeated my order 3 times at the drive thru. They never put it in the register. I ordered a large frozen coffee with mocha and whipped cream. And I ordered a medium coffee black with mocha. They asked me again at the window what I ordered. I told them 5 more times. They made the frozen medium and the hot one large. They took it back to fix then my hot black coffee came back in a medium cup with cream and no mocha. The frozen coffee after they dumped it out 3 times came back with no cream no sugar and black with mocha.

Now I normally don’t be so unsatisfied with places that I feel the need to make a review but what I experienced today needs to be told. I went in an ordered coffee and a dragonfruit, I waited at the counter for my drinks, as I’m standing there I see a worker at the food counter with gloves on, she’s touching her JEANS, she even took garbage of her SHOE!! And stuck her hand in the GARBAGE CAN!!!! and then touched everything on the food counter, even food!!!! I called the manager and she didn’t even care! No apologies or anything! I hate this dunkin to begin with and never come here, but I was running late so I stopped. NEVER again will I ever buy food from this location this was at 9am so the manager could have at least watched the camera footage.

If I could give no stars I would. The attitude given over asking them to remake the drinks they messed up would never happen at the Cortland Dunkin. Personally don’t waste your time at DD on Belmont go across the street to Starbucks where you can’t pronounce the drinks but the service is always great. If only Canadas finest Tim Hortons was still open on Belmont we could enjoy the dignity and respect our brothers up north demonstrate.

My avocado toast is always just warmed up bread!! I ordered toast. The Campbell Dunkin donuts gets it right every time!! But everyone is super friendly

Good service it was packed today. The person on drive thru taking the order(female) seemed irritated and rough in tone. Overall no complaint. The guy at the window was pleasant and a awesome smile think his name Elijah W on the receipt
