I went through this location tonight around 7pm to grab a coffee. (This is a coffee place, right?”). I pull up and order a large coffee. The person inside says “We arent doing coffee right now. We are out of lids” I dont buy this for a second. How does a coffee place just stop serving coffee at 7pm? That would be like McDonalds telling me they arent serving beef because they ran out of wrappers to wrap the burgers. I call BS on this. They just didnt want to make my coffee. What a ridiculous experience this was!

The last 3 times I have been here to pick up lunch for our company, they are ALWAYS out of things we ask for, today at 2pm, they’re out of both bagels I asked for. This store is too new to always be out of everything. We will be taking our business elsewhere at this point. What a shame. Not a good location at all.
Update: 8-3-2025 – hoping that maybe all their days aren’t bad days, I stopped for a very simple order. Toasted everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese! Wasn’t toasted and barely any cream cheese. Apparently the employees are just completely incompetent. Starbucks will be getting our business from here on out. Dunkin is cheaper than Starbucks, but you definitely can see why!!

I always utilize the drive-thru when I come here. They never mess up my order. All my food orders are mad correctly & served hot. Very quick service. The staff is always polite. I have no complaints & have never had any kind of problem here.

Ordered at the drive thru and had to remind them about two items they forgot to give me. Portion of hashbrowns was small and tasted like burnt teflon, like whatever they prepare them in hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Staff seemed understaffed/unequipped to deal with two drive thru lines, more staff on shift would be a good idea. The coffee was okay.

The is the third time in a row they messed up my order . This time just ordered large iced latte with 2 pumps caramel and 1 espresso shot . They made the latte with some sort of cream and caramel. When I let the window lady about my order , she just threw the cream at the top and change the cup with the same latte they made for me earlier . Is this some kind of jokes going here ?

TRASH is all I can say about this location…. I order food it was burned ordered a vanilla bean iced coffee with cream and sugar that went down the drain and in the trash..I was the only person in the store and it took someone 5 min. To ask for my order I spent $25.00 for what garbage…they just don’t care and it’s a shame

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to for this incident. I get a coffee w French vanilla, sugar and cream. I put the straw in and took a sip not paying attention because I didn’t expect anything wrong lol. I almost puked. Tasted like sour rotten milk. I look in the cup and there’s a whole bunch of white floaters starting to separate. Pictures below to show the time I received it to an hour after the ice melted. I am still gagging thinking about it I can’t believe I didn’t look before I took a sip. To top it off, my cup was not full. I will return back to making my coffee homemade. Disgusting.

If you go anytime after 10 PM, make sure you place a mobile order because their systems are always down. They won’t take your order unless you have the exact change due to this, they’re also out of things every time.
