Atmosphere was perfect the 2nd my mother & I walked in. Not to expect much but was changed right away, with their positive attitudes & friendliness! The food was prompt & offered extra meats on everything. Which was nice to be treated like their corporate trained them. They had smiles!! How often do you see smiles in this place! Food was delicious & presentable. Everything was perfect from the tunes & vibez & down to the last bite! Very grateful! The best Taco Bell Experience I’ve ever had!! Me and my boyfriend come to this Taco Bell often.Just because it was both of our spots to eat. Every time we come in our food is made fresh.However, every time I go, I get the special meals with all the extra stuff in it. in return, my meals are always bigger and fuller.My boyfriend doesn’t like veggies at all so he tries to order the same thing or anything with no veggies.Which is just a chicken burrito every time he does , though, he says that his meal isn’t thick enough because I simply don’t put enough meat which my personal opinion is his burrito does look like a flatbread instead of a burrito. Which , in my opinion the right thing is you and you know it’s a big order and it’s possibly two people ordering is two relatively make the food the same size or at least try to. So the other customer does not complain about their food, compared to the other and not want to come again or ask it to be remade.Not to mention today, especially One of the ladies confirmed our order twice like it wasn’t ours and like we were taking somebody else’s order, which in my opinion is unprofessional and somewhat accusing But that’s the only time it’s happened was today. However, if you’re gonna eat there and get something bougie, then you’re gonna enjoy it but if you’re gonna get Chicken burrito might not be the best.Atleast today the sauces was stocked and building was clean.My boyfriend also got the wrong drink today aswell.

Stopped here when in town. Let me tell you, the quality of food and service was excellent!! Food was fresh and shells crispy. Employees were so nice! Just may drive up here every time I want Taco Bell!

The food was delicious. But the employees make you want to eat somewhere else. Because I went to the driver thru and the lady employee asked me what I wanted to drink for my meal and I said Sprite. And she was like, “will a mountain dew be okay?”And why would it be okay when I asked for a sprite. So then I asked for a coca cola and she was like we only serve Pepsi drinks. And I’m like dang why ask someone what they want if you knew that you only had Pepsi drinks. She should have told me that before she asked what I wanted. That was my first time there and I didn’t know they only served Pepsi. Which sounds unbelievable. The only reason I didn’t pull off is because I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to waste driving around to another fast food restaurant.

We stopped at this Taco Bell while on a road trip and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was. The woman taking our order in the drive thru was very courteous and the order was accurate. When I went inside to use their (clean) restroom, the same woman greeted me very nicely! I really appreciated the hospitality! The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be an outdoor dining area. We had our dog so we couldn’t eat inside.

Always a fan of the franchise, although I gotta mention around 6pm on January 29th, drive through times were horrific, three cars at a time with visibly no one inside the building. Wait times per car were over 20min, to order and wait for the food. Many cars had given up and left.
Staff were polite and understaffed. I spoke to the manager at the window, he gave me the food. Had to tell them I knew they were working hard. Being understaffed is not the employees fault. Friends and family tell me that this taco bell specifically has a terrible reputation for having long wait times and that is a doable fix. People/customers don’t want to drive an extra 20min for taco bell and would love to have their local one work as expected.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences we’ve had. Full portions and fast services. The front desk workers were really nice as well. The reason for 4 stars is because they have 2 HUGE single bathrooms and NO changing pad. There is enough room for probably 3 changing pads per bathroom but since they don’t it doesn’t feel as inclusive for families and drops the ball. It’s 2024 please install changing stations in the bathrooms..

I went in the store because there was a long line at the drive through. I placed my order and paid for it at the kiosk. The employee acknowledged my order and handed me my cup. I literally sat there and watch 5 cars that were sitting at the drive through, pull up to the speaker box, place their order, drive up to the window, and get their order and drive off. All of their orders were placed well after I have already paid for mine. I made mention about them serving the drive through even though I had paid and been waiting, Only after the sixth car went on through did they decide to fill my order. They just don’t care. I thought it might have been just a fluke so after a period of a couple of weeks I went back (today)……….same thing still happening. Not going to bother going back EVER.
