Ok. I get it. It’s Taco Bell and not a upscale restaurant, but we would like to remind folks that you can get a fast meal for a reasonable price at Taco Bell. In fact, you can even get a vegetarian friendly bowl, setup your own way. Easy, fresh, hot, and yummy. P.S. the employees at this restaurant were working hard to serve customers and they did a great job.

This location is awful!!! And the kiosk ordering system is ridiculous!! Stop being stingy and have one more working the register! There were people standing around EVERYWHERE waiting on their food. It took 25 minutes to get our order! Couldn’t get our drink cups, because no one was there to give them to us. So we sat for 25 minutes thirst and hungry and ANGRY. DO BETTER TACO BELL!! And in the picture, u can see how the food came out

Ordered the luxe box and this is what I got. Bread smelled like it was sour and there is absolutely no meat or sour cream on the 5 layer. All this food and only ate chips this is pathetic. Tried to call the store over 10 times to see if they will remake it or give me a refund and no answer! Highly pissed off!

The food was hot and correct. That’s where the compliments end. I had to take my son to use the toilet, and it was not sanitary. Urine on the seat and a puddle on the floor. There was a cleaning bottle hanging on the handicap rail (I assume so us customers could clean it ourselves. The only toilet tissue roll was in the puddle, and no paper towels. I told the workers, and heard one say she wasn’t going to clean it. From what I saw no one went to clean it after that.

Someone needs to let the owner know. The people working in their hate their jobs. They’re miserable and they take it out on the customer. I was there this past Sunday. The woman was not answering the to go speaker. Hoping I would go away. I drove up to the window. She said I have to go back thru the drive thru to take my order. When I got back to the window. After I paid. She hands me a bag with to carving boxes in the bag. Didn’t even wrap the food correctly. Open it and it spilled in my lap. There was no greeting. No thank you.. someone needs let the owner know that if he’s failing it’s because of his employees

I normally would never feel the need to say something about a bad experience, as I know some days are just “off” days. However, the past 3 times we have visited this Taco Bell there has been issues. First, I have no idea how the health rating is a 94 at this location as every table is nasty (food and trash), trash cans are overflowing, and floors seem like they haven’t been swept or mopped in days. Second, the inventory here is horrible! Last time we came in we tried to order and were told they were out of ALL sauces, Baja Blast (regular and zero), and lots of other things so we ended up leaving. This visit they actually had food and sauces, but they were out of almost every drink and we had to request drinks from the machine behind the counter and even that was extremely limited. When we got our order, the tortillas seemed stale and rubbery, nothing seemed seasoned at all, and was very disappointing after craving it for two days. I almost wish they had told us they were out of everything so we could have gone elsewhere. I will say our order was up fairly quick and the staff were nice and apologetic about the drinks, but we will be avoiding this location in the future.

On this day December 19, 2025 at approximately 8:16pm I attempted to enter inside this location . The doors were locked When I went thru the drive door I was told there could be no more orders taken for 20 minutes. Your location needs better customer service and staffing. Please fix this situation

Service from employees here is Top notch. Possibly the friendliest Taco Bell we have Been to, and their work ethic is above and beyond. With communication and a steady flow of keeping bust while Still keeping customers feeling they matter❣️

Made an online order and it took like 45 minutes to be ready….apparently they had no meat and had to make an entire batch? Couldn’t cancel the order, just had to wait for it….didnt seem like they cared or had any sense of urgency at all. They were also telling people that they couldn’t take any orders just to get them to go away…and then talking about it loudly in front of everyone else like it was funny.
It also took 20 minutes to talk to anyone because they were busy talking to each other and were more worried about their phones to take pictures than customers…
Napkins and sauces empty, trash cans full, and they truly didn’t give a single toot about it.
At least the food tasted good once we finally got it…
Do yourself a favor and SKIP this place if you’re looking for fast food….

Great customer service! They asked for clarifications on our online order before making it and also labeled the wrappers of our food so we could tell what had meat and what was vegetarian.
