Food was great, lady up front cashier was nice and ao was lady at drive thru, however the lady that was preparing the food was so mean, I asked for Avocado sauce and she looked at me with a mean express no.response, The lady up front named Jill was able to help us. To the cook….it doesnt hurt to be kind to others!

I have twice ordered two cinnamon twists and only received one. I also ordered one and got none. on repeated occasions i ordered tacos without lettuce and was given lettuce. I was given a chicken quesadilla when I ordered steak Today I found a piece of plastic in my quesadilla. I love Taco Bell but you have to get your act together. This only happened when I pay with cash by the way. Also there was way too much sauce and I had a bite taken out of my quesadilla.

Every time I go to this location the staff are very respectful and I get my food within a very decent amount of time. I use the online order function a lot and never have any problems compared to other locations. Zelda Road, for example, always gets my order wrong whenever I use the app but this location is very good about accuracy with mobile orders. Whoever is training the team needs to be commended along with the staff for a job well done. This will be my go to spot whenever I am craving something from Taco Bell going forward.

The food is consistently filled over with so much sour cream and sauce. I am assuming it’s to make up for the lack of meat. Last 3 times I have been there, my food just tastes like sour cream in a tortilla. Especially the crunchwrap Supreme.

This is ridiculous. I order a variety pack and the majority of my tacos. Look like this, and the food was cold. The fries were stale very little meat as you can see in the picture. This is egregious and I’m very disconsolate with customer service and I will contact the store General manager

I’ve never left a review before…I go here to often though. Taco Bell is by far one of my top favorite fast food chains to eat from, and I normally dismiss any small mistakes as I understand the rush. Service was great. However, the last couple times I’ve gotten skimped out on cinnamon twists the last 5 times I’ve gone last month. I have to order 3-4 cinnamon twists just for me to get maybe 1 and a half bags worth of the normal cinnamon twist amount. We got a group order this time and the chips were similar to the cinnamon twists.

This location has been renovated recently. Last I went thru got my order exactly how I wanted and I did mobile order so pickup was quick and easy. That said they have probably the worst drive thru layout due to limited space and the parking lot is tiny. It’s also right at a busy intersection on Atlanta hwy in front of Faulkner that can buy be less than fun to navigate.

Came to the drive thru, was excited to see the Carmel empanada back on the menu, so of course I ordered it. Once I received my order the empanada was RAW! That’s right, the dough on the outside was raw. The employee was not kind when taking it back and instructed me to park at the front and wait! At this point I’ve been waiting long enough to write this review and I’m going to have to wake my toddler up to go inside to ask for a refund.
