Would give negative stars if I could. Employees can’t read I guess? Beware of putting in mobile orders simply asking just a cheeseburger with just cheese, they will give you just patty! Reading is hard I suppose on mobile orders? Not sure. Also love waiting 20+ minutes for said incorrect order. Extra love that they don’t even have a working phone to contact!! Verizon said they couldn’t pay their phone bill.

The service from Leticia today was so good. She smiled and answered all my questions politely. She made sure our food was made correctly and the double guac burger was fine. Really not bad at all. But the bathroom smelled like sulfur. Badly. It stunk and was not pleasant to be in as soon as I walked in. Thank you so much for the food. Just wish the mens bathroom appeared more clean, smell wise.

Food tasted amazing. The service was amazing, coming to deliver food to us without having us to get up and grab it. It was quickly made, and tasted amazing. Really clean bathrooms, and overall a clean environment. Definitely my favorite fast food place. 10/10 would go here again.

Came in with my kids to get some food and milkshakes. Needed to use the restroom first. They have the restroom locked, so I ask the guy to use the restroom. Proceeds to tell me restroom is only for customers. I tell him I am a customer. He’s like “Okay, order.” Made me order before using the restroom.
Kids and I were well dressed, there was no reason to presume we didn’t intend to buy. Only got the milkshakes, decided to take the rest of my business elsewhere. Very rude and unbecoming behavior. We ought to be treating people better than this dystopian manner.

We both got very sick after eating a Star burger and fries. We think it was the fries. They were the worst we’ve had. They tasted like OLD grease. We both had stomach issues all night. Not a do over at this location!

I went there this morning. Got two burgers they were both burnt wasn’t given a receipt, though I had the transaction on my bank account. I went back in after work and asked for a replacement in the manager who wasn’t there this morning, told me he won’t replace them because they weren’t burnt. Not because I didn’t have a receipt or proof of purchase, but because he believes that they weren’t burnt.
