The service was great and person at the drive thru was extremely nice. I gave a five star on customer service. The only thing that upset me is that a baby water bug was crawling off my taco paper. I emailed Taco Bell and hope they fix that for the next person!

Waited in line at the drive thru for over 40 mins, when we finally got our order they forgot straws and sauce. They also neglected to tell us that our drink of choice was completely out. We watched several orders both in drive thru and dine in go out while waiting. Staff is not concerned with customer service:(

I am a Door Dasher and it is ridiculous that I have to wait 20+ mins everytime I go to pick up an order. My shoes were sticking to the floor and the staff was rude. It needs to be perfectly explained that people who are ordering door dash because they are hungry. It’s inconsiderate, slow, and just plain disrespectful to those who order through door dash. It also costs the dasher money because of the wait time and because of their lack of motivation and beyond disrespectful. I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointed and disgusted with all of it.
