This Taco Bell is hit or miss. The staff is friendly and the food is good tasting no different than any other Taco Bell. Beware that if they ask you to pull around and park from the drive through window then check your bag because 9/10 times your order will be wrong or something missing. If you get your food at the window then you are usually good. I notice this also correlates to the service so if you pull up and immediately get some lip or rushed then be prepared to go inside and get your order fixed.

Edit: 6 months later I tried it again on a Sunday evening. Placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through with probably 6 or 7 other cars ahead of me. After 6 minutes, only one car moved. So obviously this Taco Bell is still extremely poorly managed, poorly staffed, or both. Canceled my order and removed another star.

They did get my order right (ordered on the app), but the rice in my burrito was hard and seemed uncooked. Not sure what Taco Bell’s process is for cooking rice, but they somehow frequently don’t cook a lot of it, or it’s been sitting out all day and becomes hard and dry when they serve it to customers.
This is definitely a below average Taco Bell, based on my experience and comparison to many others.

I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this location so I had to leave one of my own since I passed through. The staff was very nice, everyone seemed to be working as they should

I have been to quite a few Taco Bell’s. That being said, the customer service was absolutely awful; arguably the worst I have ever seen. The employees would refuse to take your order and make you do it through the kiosk. They were all on their phones and were extremely lazy in the preparation of the food. Sad to see such a nice building being ran by a bunch of lazy individuals. Almost comical how bad they were.
