The young girl with the blue hair literally has no manners and is the rudest employee I’ve ever met in my life, but the blonde older woman who works in the drive-through is absolutely wonderful. If you have to deal with the blue hair one you might as well leave, her attitude is as bad as her hairdo.

I used to work at Taco Bell. It’s not that complicated. Be a little more friendly.

Every time I come to this location my order is either messed up and I don’t realize till I get home. Who goes through the drive-thru and pulls over and opens each Taco to make sure there’s no tomatoes on it?! I’ll get all the way home and realize that my order is not correct. Even when it is correct the food tastes like it was made at opening and sat there for hours. Last time I came to this location my order was messed up. I spoke to a manager and he said that I could come get my money back or get a replacement on the food. I just now made it to Taco Bell today and the manager had an attitude for some reason. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years. Since when does the manager have a right to get an attitude with a customer when your restaurant is the one who messed up my order?! I didn’t come in there with an attitude and it took everything in me not to say something to this guy but I refuse to embarrass myself in a Taco Bell. I’ve looked at other reviews and it seems like I’m not the only person who thinks this store sucks. I live in Guntersville near Arab so I’ll just go to Arab Taco Bell or Albertville Taco Bell from now on. I don’t even know how this place stays in business. They have no customers but they have so much food just sitting there. You have no rush. You have hardly any customers. Why do you have all this food ready and just sitting here dying?!

Nice little place. I went in. I can see why they have order mixups – they have people taking orders and making change at the inside register at the same time as from their headset for the drive-thru (however, my order was taken immediately, there were no mixups, and the two who interacted with me were both professional). Also, I see it’s partially the people who live here – trash on the dining room floor, just leaving trash on the tables when they leave (also staff not cleaning much out there, but it’s a combination, leaving trash on a table shows disrespect of surroundings as a community). Also, ppl scratching on tables – it’s not yours, don’t do it. “Jesus loves you”, really? Do not damage other peoples’ property, it reflects badly on you AND your religion.
The food was good. I’ll check out restroom quality some other time.

They are SWOMPED, and the lead or manager is TOO BUSY talking to the crew for them to actually work.. Most of them are standing around not doing anything. They used to be fast woth tour food, now its like going into Our local McDonald’s, which is horrific…

Had an issue in drive through with missing item. Went in and the team expedited the missing portion of the order and got it to me in around a minute. I appreciate the teams effort and ability!

The lady at the drive-thru is incredibly rude! I ordered a vanilla cream freeze. She got irritated and tried to convince me I said orange. It was very trashy and unkind of her

4 cars in the drive through does not constitute making your 1 single in house customer any less important. No one would take my order, and once I placed it myself you spent over 20 minutes clearing your drive thru while I sat abd was ignored. I finally gave up, and have now gone home without any food. Your drive thru is not the end all be all of importance. If you do not care about making order for people who are trying to take it to go or eat in house, then why is the inside of the store open at all? 20 minutes is outstandlingly bad service. Glad 4 cars in a line shuts down the whole operation

My wife and I went to the Guntersville location because the Albertville location was closed due to the remodel. My wife asked for the $7.00 box that she gets in Albertville, but they charge $8.99 for the same box. This is a rip-off. I got the Bean burrito, add beef, and it was terrible and did not have enough ingredients on the burrito. It all starts with management, and they need to take a look at that. We will be glad when the Albertville Location opens back up. We will not use the Guntersville location again.
