12/26/25. Attalla Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting. So nasty. No customers now I see why. No customers and instead of cleaning this nasty place they were outside smoking. Drink machine was nothing but water. Every drink in the machine needs to be fixed. Zero condiments or napkins sitting out. Everything was empty. Food was cold and and sloppy. Woman at the window was pleasant, however our order was completely incorrect. I called for 20 mins and was hung up on 3 times. Finally someone answers, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told they were busy and the manager couldn’t come to the phone to call in the morning or they could relay a message. I tried to speak and was hung up on AGAIN. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. I just wanted my order remade because i received broken and soggy tacos, had maybe 3 pieces of shredded cheese per taco. If you like to have your order ruined and receive THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, go here! I will be calling again in the morning and will be speaking with corporate.

been here many times but 2 times in past week and it’s been incredible food is fresh, not stingy at all on toppings, employees is friendly, restaurant is clean including restroom, price is best around… Definitely will be back oh and please keep the grande nachos on the menu as a permanent item they are amazing

Every table dirty in an empty restaurant . Couldn’t walk through the dining area without stepping on trash or food. Disgusting drink area. Not just sticky from drinks, but old hard food spills. We were there 30 minutes to dine in, not busy at all and with 4 staff you would assume someone would start cleaning tables or sweeping. Nope. Then our food is ready. All old ! I’m no scientist, but I do know lettuce does not turn brown and soggy in the short time it takes to put tacos in a bag. And taco shells (both hard and soft) do not soak through the rapper and stick to the paper so much that you can’t peel them off. Then when I went to ask for fresh tacos I was rudely told they are fresh and the lady slammed them in the trash and barked to the staff to make more for “that guy”. Very rude, very gross, and I’ve heard it’s like this all the time. We have tried here more than once ( hoping it was just an off day). Nope. Does corporate know how shamefully this location in Attalla Alabama really is? I bet if they did a surprise visit they would fire everyone. Or a “secrete shopper” type investigation to the truth of the horrible representation this location is of a taco bell.

Ordered two tacos and both are completely adhered to the paper.. The manager claims they freshly make all items but the evidence says otherwise ♀️ ♀️ I know you can’t expect much from fast food places these days but how hard is it to make a fresh taco?

Ive been going to this taco bell for years and have the unique perspective of watching its decline in service, quality, and cleanliness to the point where they either need to be temporarily shut down or an entirely new staff brought in to correct these issues.
Stopped in on a saturday night to get some food and upon entering the drive thru we noticed the entire staff standing outside the store chatting and smoking. We first thought there was some kind of emergency but was surprised when after re-entering the store they began taking our order. I got 4 tacos and an order of nacho fries (see attached photos) after getting home with the food we noticed how poorly the food was prepared. All 4 tacos shells were completely broken like they had been thrown across the store. Between all 4 there were maybe enough ingredients to make one single taco and the fries speak for themselves. So sad to see our local fast food restaurants decline this way.
If you value your money, food, and health. You should avoid this location at all costs.
