Employees kept messing up everyone’s order in drive through and in the building. I had to wait an hour and was being ignored while other people was coming is to complain and having to wait for their food to get fixed. Including a woman who informed them of an allergy her kid has, when she got her order she didn’t receive more then half her order and what she did get did in fact have what her child had an allergy too, which is a big health concern. They gave my food to the wrong person and the only reason it was fix is cuz that customer came in complaining as well. None of the employees was communicating or helping each other and refused to clear orders so the cook knew what should and shouldn’t be cooked or recooked, the manager on duty( a bleached blonde gentleman) didn’t step in to help through this whole ordeal instead he walked around with a clip board to do “inventory”.

Love some taco bell on the road. This was an easy location to find. It was clean inside. The restroom was clean and smelled good as well. Team was busy. You can get KFC if you’d like as well.

This place was pretty good. It’s KFC and Taco Bell together. Definitely haven’t been to one of these in a while but I have no complaints. It seemed more of KFC than a taco bell. But still I love taco Bell and it was delicious!

Came here to grab a quick bite to eat while taking lunch from work. The gentleman manning the register had only been employed for 2 days and was running the register all by himself. Instead of ringing up the order correctly, he charged for extra items related to what combos that he thought was ordered on their menu. I understand that some people learn quicker than others and may be able to ring up customers on their own quickly after being hired, but considering he was very new, he still should have been shadowing someone else to keep from having so many major errors in charges to us and who knows how many other customers. We were charged $33 and some change for 3 combos including drinks when all we wanted to order was 2 beef chalupas, a nacho bell grande, a beef grilled cheese burrito, loaded beef nachos, and 2 large drinks. Once we sat down and discovered that we had been overcharged for the extra items, a different employee was delivering an order to another customer in the restaurant so we brought it to his attention about being overcharged as well as the extra items we did not need. He then tries to correct the issue by refunding the money for the extra charges and items we did not need/want. Only to discover that even he did not know how to do what he was trying to do either on the register. Then the manager realized their was a problem and she came over to the counter to address it. She did in the end return all of the money (thank you) and we still recieved our food. However, more training and ample time to learn the POS for new employees should be involved when people’s money is concerned. Some people never even look at their receipts after they order and get their food. Who knows how many other customers had been overcharged before us that day. Take a little extra time to train new employees before shoving them onto a register to get things wrong and make customers upset. On another note, KFC needs to ALWAYS serve chicken in any and all restaurants. I originally wanted to order a chicken sandwich from the KFC menu but was told by the new guy on the register that they did not have any chicken during my visit. Mostly due to the fact that, “the guy that cooks the chicken is not here today, so we don’t have any”. Last time I checked, this was supposed to be a chicken establishment that also serves Taco Bell. I do not recommend eating here unless you want to be told they don’t have what you’re looking to order or unless you want to be overcharged. Just sayin…

The worst service of any place I have ever went to. 15 dollars for 2 items waited 30 minutes and watched 8 other people get their food after I ordered. Will recommend for people who want to waste their time and money.

The staff on this night forgot to add lettuce to my order and heard them playing around and cutting up being very unprofessional. The other times I came here to this location have been fine but this night was a disappointment.

Ordered four 7 dollar boxes 2 plain and the others normal they even said it back to me multiple times got home and all the boxes were messed up tried calling and got no answer that is very unprofessional

Sad when you can get better food quicker from an actual Mexican restaurant. Ordered on Uber Eats and 30 minutes later food wasn’t prepared let alone picked up.

Food was great but the manager was so rude to her employees. Took over 5 min to take my order because she kept getting into everyone else’s business and couldn’t handle what she was doing. She left to go home and shower and the place turned into a friendly environment. The manager is the problem. She wasn’t even in uniform.
