Traveling with my wife who is gluten free so decided to do some research and found this place! Wow, what a find it was. The entire restaurant is gluten free and the staff very knowledgable and nice. We ate here twice for lunch and enjoyed it both times. The first time we got sandwiches and the second time we split the Mexican breakfast pizza, which was fine for lunch. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try even if you are not gluten free. It’s really good!

The food I’ve gotten so far has been consistent and impressive. As someone VERY newly diagnosed with celiac I can confidently say the food is just good food. Not good for being gluten free; just good. I often eat places and think “oh this is decent for being gluten free.” Not here. The food I ordered for delivery made me feel like I was back in my hometown NY diner with how comforting and delicious it was. Portions are FANTASTIC for the pricing and I cant wait to try more.

This was our first visit to Gourmet Girls and we were very happy that we drove across town to try it. There was a fairly long wait to be seated and they were very busy, but the food was excellent and the service was friendly. We tried several things from the menu and we have no complaints. We will definitely return. Thank you for all that you do to provide a safe dining experience. We appreciate you.

So refreshing to go to a restaurant where you don’t have to question what is gluten free and what is not. Everything I have tried on the menu I would order again. They also have a wide selection of desserts in their dessert case – their cinnamon rolls are the best!

I try to visit every time I’m in Oro Valley, they really nailed breakfast, love the Country fried chicken and chicken and waffle, everything on the menu is gluten free. This time I got the cider batter fish and chips and it was amazing, perfectly crunchy, very well executed. Also got a bloody Mary but it needs some work, just tasted bland. Service was very attentive even though it was very busy.

There are very few gluten free options available in town and this one is decent but the customer service and friendliness of the staff could be better. The baked goods are tasty but dry and very overpriced. We didn’t get a chance to dine in because they were too busy and uninterested in our business. The food is decent as well. We got delivery once before and enjoyed it. Overall it’s worth a try if you have gluten allergies but I wouldn’t recommend trying to dine inside.

Took an out-of-town guest who is gluten intolerant to this restaurant. First of all, it felt so good that we could order ANYTHING on the menu (they have 4 kinds of gf beers). We both had fish sandwiches, which was absolutely delicious! I had the pumpkin roll. Wow, it was perfect!

Good food and fit into my friends diet concerns. We both enjoyed our food and our ice tea was kept filled. Large selection of sweets that look delicious . I think they could use some background music~I didn’t hear any

Food and baked goods were good. Service was surprisingly slow, but it seemed like other tables were getting more attention. Had to wait awhile to get service, but the server made it seem like this was normal. Apparently they do not refill water or coffee either.

Went here for a treat on my birthday and had a wonderful time! They have so many options and also keep a binder that lists the ingredients in each of their desserts, so even if you have other food allergies or sensitivities, they can help you see what is safe for you to eat. Even my friends with me enjoyed all the gluten free treats we bought: chocolate chip cookies, brownies, blondies, a chocolate cupcake, and a sangria cupcake-they were all wonderful! Thank you Jennifer for taking time helping me find all the treats I could have by looking through the binder!
