If you’re considering drive through, go some place else. This is the slowest food chain I have ever seen for supposed fast food. The drive though waits are 30 minutes to an hour plus. They take one order and serve that one car and make everyone else sit at the drive through menu waiting on that one car to clear before taking another order. Out of 11 vehicles in line, 1 got served and the rest drove off. It’s apparent that door dash orders are all that is keeping this place in business.

Placed a $30 order through the app. Get to the drive thru and was told they only do delivery. If you can’t fulfill orders don’t be open. Placed the same order for the one on Bailey Cove with no issues. Don’t waste your time with this Taco Bell location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience, but it will the last!!!

You would think the location and a new build would bring great service. While the building is very appealing to the eye and attracts many consumers the establishment is lacking in service, speed, and getting the orders correct. Not to mention that every time I’ve tried to go the building is locked so consumers are forced to use the drive thru which takes about an hour (very little exaggeration with that statement). The old building had much better service.

Almost every time I have come to this location’s drive thru they say they’re only taking mobile/delivery orders. Is there some kind of taco bell policy for certain locations?? Honestly I’m very surprised corporate hasn’t been involved yet. A lot of my friends that have been to this particular location have experienced the same issue. Probably because those are the only orders with a paper trail and the staff would be under ridicule for not completing them? Regardless, the man I spoke to was unpleasant, he was working at 2:00am Aug 17th 2023. Don’t know if this will even do anything but whatever, I just got done working 12 hours at my factory job and I just wanted 1 soft taco because I didn’t have anything to eat all day. Wouldn’t have even written this review if his tone wasn’t so rude. I would also like to mention, that no, it’s not just at 2am I have been told the “mobile/delivery” orders only thing.

This will be the last time I eat at this location. You go in and there’s a register on the counter where you might place your order, right? Nope! The staff just acts like you are not even there. When you finally do get someone to acknowledge you standing there they just tell you to use the kiosk. Gee, wouldn’t it be nice if they had a sign by the register on the counter that let you know to do so? Well, obviously that’s too complicated for management to figure out. So when you finally get your food ordered it takes forever. Seriously over ten minutes for two tacos and a mexican pizza. The tacos were soggy and the pizza was cold. Also had to remind the staff that I needed a cup with my self placed order for the drink I ordered. Needless to say, as I sat there more people came in and got even more frustrated than I was. I saw three people give up and leave. Nice job Taco Bell. If you don’t have enough staff then close your doors because this location won’t be missed anyway. This was on August 3rd, 2023 at 11:15am if the manager/owner wants to look back at the camera footage and verify my claims. Go for it!

It’s fast food. However, it always takes forever to get through the drive-thru in the evening. I have rarely gotten a well wrapped burrito from this one. It’s fast food, though, so I never expect high quality. Plus, it’s Taco Bell, so 3/5 feels right regardless.

I ordered my food from a kiosk at 708pm and waited in the lobby. At 735pm I flagged down an employee and asked about my ordered. They claimed that they did not have an order under my name. Fortunately I opted to get a receipt. My food was reordered at the desk and then when I finally received my order one item was missing and two items were made incorrectly. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I ended up waiting an hour for food that wasn’t made correctly.

I’m ready to just start telling them a price and asking for a random bag of whatever they throw in it.
