I have eaten Taco Bell my entire life. Tonight was a nightmare. I ordered a mobile order and drove to pick up. I asked a woman on the speaker politely for extra fire sauce (ITS FREE ALWAYS HAS BEEN). She said no. I get to the actual person and politely ask him. He gets a bag- I had a box meal so this was NOT NECESSARY AT ALL, and dumps to make it half way full with fire sauce! He said IS THIS ENOUGH FOR YOU NOW? I can not believe the rudeness and the service I received. I am hesitant to even touch the food I ordered worried they spit in it. I hope cooperate sees this!! Lost a David customer of 20 + years!! Wow. Sad night.

Steak quesadilla (with extra sauce) combo with a large baja blast to drink, my sides are cinnamon twists and chips with cheese dip. My food was hot and delicious. I appreciate the workers for the great service I receive every time I go here. This is my favorite taco bell location in our county.

First, I’d like to say when did Taco Bell become just as expensive as being at a sit down cantina Mexican restaurant? I mean prices are over exceeding their service and product. But I will say that at times the food can be satisfactory. My only problem is when you already have to sit in that long drive-thru line and you come around, get your order in pick up your order. Sometimes fast as you can order it sometimes as slow as you can pull off from having to check every single item because 98% of the time they’re going to get it wrong. I’ve been through every location in my area from guntersville, Arab, and Coleman and they all 98% of the time. Get it wrong. The problem is after you Wait through that line you can’t go right back and get your order corrected without having to sit through that long drive-thru line again, me myself. I’d rather just walk up to the window and get it taken care of but that would be rude to other customers that have been waiting so my advice. Taco Bell service team. We don’t mind. At least I don’t taking another 2 minutes 3 minutes for y’all to get it right the first time and I would like to say especially when we ask you, “did you check it? ” And then when you have to go back through the line and say hey I didn’t get this or this is wrong. They asked as if it’s your fault and you have no business returning to get your order correct?

Waited on food for 40 minutes and still waiting should not take that long. I understand If you’re busy at the time, but you are not busy as of right now. Why should it take that long to get your food out? It was just two tacos.

We go through a few times a month and it’s decent but today I go through drive-thru at around 11:30pm and pay for the food but don’t get a full thing of nacho cheese fries with jalapeños. Now tell me if this is a full serving with pic provided. *thumbs down* Taco Bell!

No receipt with my order or my daughter’s. I wish I had checked the 2 grandchildren’s before they ate. And no one is answering the phone. ATTENTION SHIFT MANAGERS If you have an employee on your line that doesn’t care then you should DO IT YOURSELF or check every order before bagging. There is no way this is a first time or one time “mistake.” I will never eat at your establishment again.

Waited 20 minutes in line while they took and served one drive through order a time to keep their window times decent. There were two women on front on their phones not helping customers.when I got to the window the woman seemed very unhappy to serve me. this was a very poor reflection of tacobell.

Expect 30 minute plus wait times on food, which will not be made correctly, and immediate attitude from staff when you ask for it to be fixed. We no longer eat at this location. Drive to the Priceville location, the time spent driving there is shorter than the total wait time to get cold food from here.
