I can’t imagine a location that wasn’t busy when you stop managing to mess this up. Not isolated either. A family member has ARFID and this is a safe food for them. So this is an almost daily order for us for them to ensure that they are eating. But 5 out of 7 trips a week this happens. 1.79 x2 on the bacon and another 40 cents x2 on tomatoes that we are charged for and never get. Also they are supposed to come with lettuce – the only thing removed should be the mayo.
I can’t imagine this only happens to us where you’re paying extra to have it your way only to not get what you pay for. I imagine their profit margins look great.
There were only three cars total there when we stopped. It’s not a matter of they were slammed and just messed up. This is a constant issue.
If you need an order a specific way for dietary reasons or restrictions I suggest avoiding this location because more often than not it’s completely wrong!

This location NEVER has frappes & I won’t be back for a good while til they can train their employees right. Made a mobile order in the app for this exact location and the chic in the drive thru told me the code didn’t pull anything up in the rudest tone. I repeated it to her saying “E as in…” etc and was once again met with attitude telling me she knows and it doesn’t work so she “doesn’t know what to tell me”. I drove off and requested a refund in the app. Train your employees to know how to type a dang code in it’s not that hard. I’ve also gotten burnt burgers every time I order one & they always seem to mess something up with orders every time. So fed up with this location

I had a mobile order and I ordered the double bacon quarter pounder meal and got more food for other people. My hamburger was completely raw. The rest of the food that I ordered was fine. I went back to get it fixed. I showed them the picture and gave them the hamburger. I told him what it was. They gave me the single bacon quarter pounder. They didn’t put any of the condiments that go on it besides ketchup and cheese and the meat. The service was great when we first got there to get our food, but when I came back because my food was raw, the service sucked.

While the food is the standard McDonald’s fare, not great but exactly what you came for, I was impressed with the great and quick service despite how busy they where.
It is also one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to.

The food here is always okay. My issue is with the drinks. WHY has it been twice that my sweet tea has come out tasting like an ashtray? I know why, because my husband had to go through 3 times once just to get it right. Someone isn’t cleaning the filter that’s used to brew tea and coffee. When it’s lunch time and your sweet tea still tastes like coffee, it’s an issue. So many people go through during their lunch for a Lg Sweet Tea. How hard is it to teach your employees how to change it? Or is someone just deliberately not doing what they’re supposed to do. Get it right.

This McDonald’s is listed as 24/7 online, and on the mobile app. I placed an online order on the app it went through and never said anything about closing. The gentleman that I spoke to informed me they are only 24/7 on Friday’s & Saturdays and there was nothing he could do about my paid order.. It states absolutely NO WHERE online or the app about this info.

Okay McDonald’s… what is this? I’ve worked fast food so I never complain because I know how it is. I come through here all the time and it’s always good. But today I received the most disgusting sandwich ever. You can see by the pictures. That is supposed to be the crsipy chicken sandwich. yall can do better!!
