I ordered 2 steak chalupa supremes with no lettuce. Shells cold and hard, and they were soaked from the juice of the steak and so much sour cream that every bite was cold. I forced 1 down but couldn’t the 2nd. Very disappointed!

Consistently does not put all the ingredients in the power menu bowl even when I pay extra for extra rice or beans. They put no beans. For like the past 3 or 4 times I have been by. This time my husbands food is completely cold and stale

Service is dependent on the day you come, this paticular time they didnt let you know it was ready and it was left cold and practically uneatable. They also put lettuce in a taco that was specified not to have lettice in it. Though they guy at the register was just trying to do his best and I feel sympathy for that as I have worked in fast-food before. So probably would’ve been a better experience with more employee training and customer outreach.

The service from Taco Bell was horrible. I doordashed food and THREE drinks, my drinks they forgot. My dasher’s name was Anthony, and he was nice enough to turn around and go get our drinks. However, we tried to call the store, and we called well over 20 times, with no response. I also work in fast food & I’ve been a waitress, so I understand how rough it can be, but this was ridiculous. When our dasher got to Taco Bell to get our drinks they FORGOT, he said he had to knock on the glass to even get anyone to bring him drinks. Like I said, I really do understand, but seriously? I don’t know what happened to Taco Bell, but I really hope they get things figured out.
