It took 20 minutes longer than the site said to actually get my food. Fries were cold and a very small amount. Everything seemed half heartedly made. Wings barely had any sauce on them.

We Called ahead and ordered our pizza so it would be ready whenever we arrived to dine in. We arrived and sat there for 15 minutes until they brought the pizza out. It was in a box and barely warm. The restaurant had the air conditioning so cold, you had to wear a jacket inside. (Somewhere around 65°). I asked the cashier if she could make it a little warmer inside and she said the temperature was controlled by corporate. I walked back to our seat and heard a male voice from the kitchen. Say “if he’s cold, let him go outside.”. The lady working the front was Handling all of the phone calls, all of the walk-ins, all of the drive-through‘s and us because we were the only ones sitting in the dining room. All of the walk-ins were placing orders and waiting to take their pizza home. Here in GEORGETOWN, SC we have many options for Pizza… Good pizza too! This is a common occurrence with this restaurant… Not much help in the dining room and the air conditioner is always so uncomfortably cold. You have to wear a jacket inside. I will go somewhere else where the customer is valued… Not just the guys in the kitchen.

Me and husband went for a late lunch on 12/19/25. The waitress told us where to sit and gave us a menu and never came to get our order. There was no one there besides us so it wasn’t busy. so about 15 minutes we got up and left. I never make complaints but this was an awful experience.

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered on the app. Stated order will be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes. App said order was ready. Pulled up at drive-thru & employee said it was coming out the oven. 22 minutes after she said that, I got my order! Then, the order was wrong! I spent my whole lunchtime waiting at the drive-thru on an order that was wrong!!! Plus, I wasted $12 on lunch I couldn’t eat until I got off work! And the employee deliberately lied Domino’s or Famous Pizza from now on.

The garlic knots were tasty and kids had too.
The pizza crust was little hard and had to wait for server to come ask if anything needed. We were waiting to get ketchup and had to walk up the front table to get it. But it was under staffed and was run tightly.

With the personal pan pizza being $2 the line was wrapped around the building. The lobby was crowded. If the cashier would move like she had life in her the lobby wouldn’t be so crowded. The second cashier and the male worker made it a whole lot easier once the other cashier left the cash register.

Placed an order online about 15 to 20 minutes before they closed . ( I ordered because I was watching home alone and Kevin ordered a cheese pizza, so yeah .) Pizza arrived in a timely manner. The pizza was hot and delicious. The delivery driver had a fantastic attitude. Thanks for my 11/19/19 delivery.
