Went there around 7 today and ordered the dipping burritos, a steak quesadilla and the cantina chicken tacos. Took them 20 min and while the tacos while good were completely crushed, I didn’t get my dipping sauce, and they genuinely seemed like they could give less than a damn. I’ll be telling my friends to be going to the other two in Tuscaloosa from now on tbh

For (UA) school to be starting back they should’ve had extra things ordered the district managers and or store managers if they’ve been there for years should’ve known what to order around these times , glad I didn’t order the missing food items that restricted some people of ordering they’re desired meals from Taco Bell that night . The guy and the girl and the window most definitely need a a raise I know they have been there for a while and they are always professional. Food was great can’t complain.

Overpriced for the most part. Get ready to serve yourself if you’re eating in. Their new burrito and a regular drink is 10 bucks. The burrito isn’t any bigger than a taco. New generational standards are poor. Not taking away from other good about the food and service but it isn’t worth a 4 star much less a 5 star rating.

I been in line literally 30plus mine for Uber eats. I tried to order me food thru said they ar went taking orders for anybody but delivery service and online. They closed the lobby so nobody could pick up but you have dudes standing around not doing anything . One of my Uber orders is cold and they are refusing to make it. They said there main concern in DoorDash and Uber they have a million dollar contract with with them. I think we count just as much if we don’t order online or or delivery servthat almost doubles the price then added delivery charges.

All I needed was a soda, but the Dr pepper was out of syrup. So the lady at the counter made sure they fixed the syrup feed. What great customer service! And this particular taco bell was amazingly clean! I was just driving through town, but I think I’ll stop to eat on my way home! Thank you
