First time in Memphis and decided to try this place. Let’s just say, this place deserves ZERO stars.
The ordering microphone/speaker system does not work at all. You cant understand them, they cant understand you. Not ideal when you want to use drive-thru.
Get to the window to pay, the worker cracks the window just enough to get my card to pay, nothing further.
Wait about 5 minutes for my food.
She then, cracks it open just enough for the food to get out, nothing more. Very rude. What was the reason?
Forget to give me my second drink, so I wait at the window and she ignores me for 5 minutes. Finally gets back to the window and realizes we are the same people and I ask her for my second drink and she said “I only charged you for one, not 2.” I said ” okay, I’ll pay for a second one” and she then replied “you’ll have to go back around because the people behind you are waiting.”
Is this family owned? Corporate? Whoever owns this food service, needs to hire someone attentive, kind, and wants to do their job.
The lady that was there was rude, unprofessional, and her attitude was ugly.
Will not be back to this business. Very disappointed.

The best burgers around and cheap. The place looks suspect but that’s all the Dixie Queen locations. I like the fact that they stay open 24 hours. I will return for those spicy fries.

This place was so nostalgic! It’s like an old fashioned malt stand from my childhood living in the south. Burgers, shakes, sno cones, etc. I really like that the orders are cooked fresh, so please be prepared for a short wait time, BUT, it is worth the wait!
Although it was a little busy, the woman at the window worked quickly preparing orders and she was also very pleasant.I ordered the nachos with cheese and added chili. The chili was delicious! I recommend for a light snack/lunch out if you’re in the mood for a little nostalgia. Will I visit again? Absolutely!

This was my 1st time eating at this restaurant and I order the 3 piece fish with fries. The fish was so good but the fries wasn’t good at all and their drinks was very flat I got a Pepsi and gave it back got a sprite and threw it away. Had to stop at a gas station to get a drink. 5 stars is going towards fish only.

Okay so here’s the deal. I love love love Dixie Queens food. Especially the wings and chicken Philly and the ice cream. But that said it’s become to often that the inconsistent nature of the food is frustrating. There’s no going back there to complain because if they didnt do ya right the First time thru. But yet i still return only in hopes it will consistent next time.

Ordered at the drive through, the guy taking the orders unprofessional and very rude. Told us to pull up and give our order because he couldn’t hear us. ,He seemed to be slow. We started repeating our order at the window, then he tel us we can’t add to our order we needed to go back around. After the idiot told us to cone to the window to complete our order. We just drove off, worst service ever.

Sad to say, I don’t know where to start. After asking around about an after-hours restaurant, which this places shows its open 24 hrs, I decided to try it. I made it in line a little before 12am. I was given a big surprise.about 20-30mibs later, still in line, a young man came out talk alot. Then he started taking out trash, a young female showed up and helped. My ears twitched, eyes got big when I heard him say some words that basically was saying he is ready to roll me a blunt. Many of you pretty much know what that means. Finally, the three cars before me and myself finally was able to place an order at about 12:46. Something told me a problem was about to happen because that young man had a car radio turnt up so loud. He then asked the a customer that was in line to move his car. A few minutes later the young man was not heard of or seen. I ordered just in time. Customer service started the cars that pulled up, The store’s cook was no longer available. Untullbhe cook went MIA. I was the last one to comment order until one
