I had a good experience overall at this Taco Bell, mainly because of the great customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the visit smooth and pleasant. The place itself was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated.
That said, the food was very basic and honestly the most underwhelming part of the visit. While it wasn’t bad, it lacked anything memorable, and I wish there was more effort put into improving the quality or flavor. If the food matched the level of service, this location would really stand out. As it is, it’s a solid stop for service, but the food could definitely use improvement.

Great local Taco Bell! Placed an order for pickup on a Saturday around noon, and it was ready in about 10 minutes, right after we got there. Interior was upscale cafe, like most fast food places these days. Nice, clean, though no one was eating in the dining room on that particular day.
Ordered steak dippers, grilled cheese burrito, cheesy gordita crunch, crunchwrap supreme, and a 12-piece Cinnabon Delights. All were great; do not sleep on those Delights, they’re amazing!! They also provided a ton of sauces in our bag.

I was the first person in the door this day and when I came in the staff was polite and nice the food was good. The problem I saw was the filthy restaurant and bathrooms being the first person in the door you would think that night shift would have left this place clean i took so many pictures of everything for proof that this place was filthy. Chips in the floor under the front counter, pubic hair on the sink and top of the urinal, toilet paper in the floor, dried drink on the condiments counter. The garbage wasn’t emptied from last night, cheese on the table, napkins in the floor. At this location in this area you would think it would be clean and well run it’s not.

The order was very incorrect. I ordered 6 Dorito Tacos. 3 supreme no tomatoes & 3 regular. All of the tacos were supreme. I called to speak with a manager, mo one answered. I called right back, someone answered and hungup. Called back they answered and hungup eventually leaving the phone open so it wouldn’t ring. I’m definitely not happy. Two of the tacos didn’t have meat but was filled with spir cream. I was unable to eat my tacos as I’m allergic to dairy .

I ordered through the Tacobell app, 30 minutes later I received my food. Opened the bag and 9 of my food items were missing. I ordered grilled cheese burritos and none of them had grilled cheese on them at all. I personally go up to the store, keep in mind I ordered for delivery. Explained the issue to which the manager told me she would “personally make it” & that she “apologized for the inconvenience” I get all the way back home to find out I was still missing 5 items. The assistant manager came out and apologized once again and offered to give me the missing items. An employee told me personally that VICTORIA(THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO THE FIRST TIME) said “only remake what’s in the bag.” Make that make sense if I was missing 85% of my order!! Do you really think I would want to come up there TWICE VICTORIA?? The other staff I spoke to was nice and understanding but the manager did not handle the situation at all and I am beyond upset that I spent an extra hour of my time trying to get my order when it should’ve been made the right time. Not only that I opened my taco & it looked like this so there’s that!

Closed early. I work at a waffle house and sometimes would prefer something else and as someone who has to stay open I dont appreciate them closing early. Tried to place a order on the app 40 minutes before close and it told me no as well as the store did. So I came to the store 30 minutes before close (realize this is annoying but didnt have another option) was told too bad they’re closed. Appreciate the customer service and hospitality

Unfortunately, we waited in line for over 30 minutes with car after car, figuring out that all the lights on the inside of the restaurant meant that they were closed. Automated system asked for the orders at the front and then never took them and so it took forever for everybody to get through. Said they were open till 3 AM but they were already closed. Thankfully, there’s a McDonald’s next to her that was open. Not typically our choice of food but has to suffice when you’ve been on the road all day.

It’s not really great on service. Staff isn’t the best, get orders wrong most of the time.
Bathrooms are disgusting and the wait time for pick up orders are insane. 30 minutes for a mobile pick up order should not be mandatory.

Had to stop and get a quick bite and was glad i did, food was good as usual and the staff was really nice. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean as well. One of the best taco bells I’ve been to in awhile.

11-11:30 p.m and I must say the food was disgusting. I ordered the chicken nugget deluxe box. My nuggets were hard as a brick and cold. They were out of fire ranch sauce, and my tacos were cold as well. I don’t know if the night shift was giving away food from earlier or what but I tried calling and nobody answered. Such a disappointment when you spend your money on something and realize it’s a waste. You wouldn’t want anyone doing you or your family this way so treat others the way you would like to be treated.
