The training is very bad with this crew. I’m not sure if the young girl thought I couldn’t see her but scraping it into the trash does not remove melted cheese. I shouldn’t have to return 3 times because my order was wrong. After showing them the receipt of what I ordered the first time I returned to the counter it was still completely wrong. They gave me beef instead of chicken they added cheese instead of no cheese like I requested. Then there was no lettuce or tomato. They left off the flamin hot chip which I paid extra for. I don’t understand why the company has not checked in on this crew yet. The “I don’t care” attitude was overwhelming. I learned my lesson Taco Bell has nothing for me.

Talladega Taco Bell was great when it opened, but now it’s no so great. The AM lady to take my order never can hear me and always has a bad attitude. When I go in the afternoon and get anything with beef, there is so much grease dripping off of it I don’t even want to eat it. When you ask them to fix the order, they look at you mad and they have a terrible attitude. The hashbrowns can be good, but they are either too greasy or hard as a rock. Every time I order in drive thru they ask me to pull around to the front every time. No matter if I just order a drink or a taco. Pull around.

The food was good. But the people at this taco bell will absolutely not help or take your order. You are expected to use the kiosk. If you are paying with cash. I guess just go next door to McDonald’s.

love this taco bell. so yummy in my tummy. I get the nachos no beans and I add guacamole. eat that sh*t like a wild animal, I’m telling you. I’m trying to get this review over 200 characters so I get my badge. they almost never get my order wrong. somehow the quality of service improved when they moved buildings.

Well Taco Bell has almost double there prices for almost as much as I can go into a sit down and be waited on Mexican restaurant with a whole lot better food. The store in Talladega is been open less than a yr and the place is filthy, the food is sub rate, customer service is none existent. I will not be back. Oh and they can’t get your order right.

Order a mexican pizza and it was not made right, 3 supreme taco ans they were sloppy. I got an attitude from the manager and the associates. Will never go there again. It’s bad when behind the counter were they prepare your food is nasty and they don’t clean up in between orders.
