HORRIBLE! Stood inside 10 minutes and no employee ever said a word to me. Two other people standing in front of me — same thing. No employee ever said a word to them. They weren’t busy. Two other people inside eating. No telling how long they waited. Only three cars in line for drive thru. No excuse! Horrible Service! This is the worst business in Leeds. Will never go there again.

Put this location out of it’s misery. The night shift shouldn’t even be allowed to clock-in. Terminal wage-theft and post-Covid IDGAFism. It is beyond frustrating that this place is one of the only choices in Leeds for people who work the late shift or can’t eat until later in the day. It is commonplace to be pulled up out of the drive-thru here and into a parking spot to wait for 30 minutes when you are the only car. When you do receive your food 30 minutes later it is always invariably-freezing to the touch. Not even attempting to cook the stuff. If you say anything to the lady that runs the night shift, she will as politely as possible tell you that nothing is going to be done about it. The amount of people who come here and pay only to then leave before getting their food baffles me. How do they get away with this level of negligence?

Consistently the worst Taco Bell location imaginable. Order is wrong or missing items 80% of the time. I order on the app to pick up in store, and more than once they have given my order away to a DoorDasher. I never order sauce packets and always receive them – 11 with my order yesterday. Speaking with over five years experience using this location. Next nearest location is 15 miles northwest or east.

******UPDATE 10/20/2022. Showed up at 12:50am store closes at 1am. Lights and all were on and just seen a police officer pull thru the drivethru ahead of me. I never got an answer, drive up to the window and it’s like everyone was hiding. All I wanted is whatever they had already cooked. A taco or 2 and a drink. Downloaded the app while waiting then decided to delete. So much for this big renovation they did. Sorry MOD wouldn’t even show their face to tell me it was too late (even though it wasn’t)
