Manager got ugly with me for trying to tell her there wasn’t much in my burrito. I told her it barely had anything in it and she said “It’s well portioned”. I will never come back to Arab Taco Bell. Absolutely rude !!! I’m so mad.

Waited over 20 minutes in a almost empty restaurant dining area for our cold food the teenage boy on the line didn’t know what he was doing obviously and the lack of training is real then was rudely ignored by the little girl that finally came to help him when all I wanted was a bag for my kids leftover tacos the lack of customer service was significant… It has been a long time since I have been to Taco Bell and it’ll be a long while before I go back if ever especially to this particular location

We placed our order, and they failed to tell us they were out of everything until we pulled around to the window then just replaced half the order with whatever they wanted. All of which was old and crunchy. The Baja blasts we ordered looked like Sprite and were straight carbonated water.we asked for no sour cream, and there was sour cream on EVERYTHING. Also the tortilla chips were stale and all clumped together. It was an all around horrible experience for my family and myself.

Ordered a burrito supreme along with orders for others. As a bit into my burrito supreme I pulled out a sauce pack. I called them and manager said they don’t keep sauce pack in the back. Maybe someone was eatting back there and dropped into ingredients. Dont know how it got there but it should not have been inside my burrito.

First of all when we walked in this lady said ” welcome to Taco Bell” in a very rude tone. Then it took forever to get our order, then we had to specifically ask for our drinks and when we asked for it ( after standing there waiting for 10 mins) she was being very rude and aggressive. They failed to give us any sauce ( that we asked for) and they failed to give us napkins. And when we got home I opened my nachos meal to realize they didn’t put any cheese on my nachos they only put beans and rice

Food was terrible missing everything besides beef om my ENTIRE order. Paid almost $3 in add ons that wasn’t even added on. Called the store to request a remake and the manager rudely belittled me and basically called me ignorant without saying it. Food was extremely soggy and falling apart. Wouldn’t feed this crap to my dogs that’s how bad it was.
