This place filled my heart with joy last night! I sent my husband to Taco Bell to get the kids food because it was 1 am and I spent the last 6 hours doing homework and studying for an exam. I didn’t make dinner or do anything else, I was glued to the laptop! We are a pretty big family so our orders are big. They can reach upwards of 80 to 100 dollars if we buy food for every one. The staff were curious about who the heck was ordering so much food and why at that time of night. So my husband explained :The 8 kids and mom studying. They were shocked and decided that I deserved a break and blessed us with a few complimentary treats for our kids and beautiful words of encouragement written on our boxes. The world is full of negativity, so for a few strangers to offer such kindness is so amazing and should be recognized! Thank you to the staff at Taco Bell you guys are awesome!

Daniella in the drive thru at night has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced. While we were trying to order, she very rudely interrupts us and says “our menu numbers have changed, you should read it” even though we were ordering the correct menu number for the meals we wanted. We then asked if we could get our receipt at the payment window and she responds with a snarky “it would’ve been in your bag”. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with her nasty attitude but this is the worst experience I’ve had with it. It makes it hard to want to return.

Went here on 8/25/25 at 11 pm. My order was taken wrong and received the wrong items. Went back around the line and told them I received the wrong order, waited 10 minutes and got the correct order, when I got home and opened up the order there was no meat and no sauce on the chalupas, both times the people at the windows were extremely rude and talked inappropriate about me in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them. I know this is a fast food joint but this place is a extremely unprofessional and they are ripping people off by not filling the tacos and stuff with meat.

Never had a bad Taco Bell experience at the location on PSL Blvd. Food was always hot and fresh no matter what time I went, and the employees are more courteous and helpful then most Taco Bells I’ve been to. Best Taco Bell in PSL.

Never order Uber eats from this place. They make the food immediately and if Uber takes too long to find someone or God forbid the driver cancels on you like it just happened to me for the second time, your food will arrive ice cold. When you chat with Uber Eats customer service they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s ridiculous.

I didn’t realize it wasn’t ordering from the Gatlin location. I always go to that one I am unsure why It ordered from this location as I’ve never had a good experience.
I paid for extra chicken on my quesadilla – which i always order it that way and I feel it’s never “that much” but this time I could tell even with the quesadilla in the bag still that it was so small. It wasn’t even cut so I heated it a little to be able to open it and make sure I didn’t accidentally get just cheese or something. LITERALLY an entire half of the quesadilla had 1 piece of chicken and the other side looked like the smallest little shreds (see picture) and there was so so so SOOOOO much jalapeño sauce. I can’t believe how wildly they dropped the ball.

So, I ordered the $9.00 luxe box with 2 chalupas. I’m very disappointed. One little piece of meat on each. Really! Where the beef? Unacceptable! I want a refund!

I stood at the register for a couple minutes and nobody took my order so I had I’ve the the kiosk. As I start placing my order someone comes in and goes right to the register and the women came over and immediately took his order (I Believe she knew him).
Ok. Let’s move on. The place needed to be cleaned in the worst way.
Needless to say we won’t be heading back here anytime soon.
