I placed an order for delivery and requested no cheese on all of the tacos because I have a dairy allergy and when I got it guess what the tacos had? Yes you’re right, ALL cheese no lettuce. I had to throw them out because I’m allergic to dairy which is why I requested no cheese. It is so easy to read very simple directions. When you order delivery you already pay way over the price for each item plus all of the delivery fees and for the employees to not read something so simple it’s just very unprofessional.

The Taco Bell at 641 North 14th Street in Leesburg, FL is one of the worst ones in Florida. They cannot get your order correct and they do not care. The place is filthy, both inside and outside. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location besides this dump. Taco Bell headquarters should investigate this hopeless location and the local and state health department is needed!

We’ve been going here pretty frequently and it’s always so good, but this time the cashier was really rude for no reason, and our food was not at all how it usually is. Cold, tiny portions and the burritos were missing ingredients and barely wrapped up. You lost a family of customers today.

Treated terrible at the window even though we were extremely friendly and thankful. Double stacks had hardly any meat, beefy five layer had NO BEEF, and my husbands chicken diablo burrito was also missing ingredients and was super wet throughout the burrito. Person at the window didn’t even acknowledge us and was mad we gave him exact change. Normally a really great experience, but even when I tried to call and get a hold of a manager, no one answered and the phone went to and automatic voice recording. We have been going here for a while, but now will never return. Thanks for the terrible experience. I appreciate the convenience of eating out, but would rather spend my hard earned money on food to just make myself or go to Chipotle instead.

The drive thru line was long so I went in. The lobby was clean, and the girl that took my order was great. Fast and fresh. I got the 10 dollar 4 pack of crunchy taco’s and burrito’s. They were awesome. I “will” be back. 😉

I came to eat lunch today with some friends. The air was so cold that you couldn’t see your breath. It was freezing outside, so there was no need for the air to be on. My food was awful. I ordered a number 5, and by the time I took it out to eat it, it was so cold. Health and Food Services needs to come by and shut this place down. Everyone is leaving that walks in; it’s so cold, even with jackets on.

Needed to get a quick coffee with some breakfast and I ordered the Crunch wrap breakfast box. Has sausage cheese, Hasbrown and this amazing tangy sauce!! With side of Hasbrouck and 2 Cinnabon delight for $5.35. Service was fast and staff were friendly.

I drive for Uber. I walked in and there’s 6 people i can see. 3 of which were managers. Nobody said a word to me for about 2 min. The one manager had her back to the front counter just talking away. The lady making food on the front counter side was moving slower then a turtle. She looked so mad to be there and no urgency of any kind. Not a great first impression at all. Once I was finally helped they all went back to chatting and what not
