Honestly the best taco bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff were super attentive and friendly, especially the manager Mason. Everyone was smiling and they ensured my food was made fresh tasty and fast. And when I had a problem with my order Mason made sure things got rectified and that I was satisfied.

I’ll definitely be coming back. Not just for the food but because of the staff.

Avoid this Taco Bell on Vine Street in Kissimmee, FL. Absolutely unacceptable.
I placed two separate orders in one night and both were wrong, despite paying extra for specific items.
First order: I paid extra for a bean burrito with onions and extra red sauce. What I received was a plain tortilla with beans, missing every add-on I paid for. No onions. No red sauce. Nothing.
Second order: I ordered a steak burrito with sour cream and guacamole. Instead, I was given another bean burrito with absolutely NO STEAK. I took two bites to confirm there was zero steak inside, When I returned to the drive thru, the situation got worse. The employee offered nothing beyond a lazy “sorry.” When I asked for a manager, the manager was condescending, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue, even after I showed her the burrito with no steak in it. Rather than correcting the mistake, I was brushed off. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was told they were “on vacation for two weeks,” which sounded like an excuse to avoid accountability. No replacement, no refund, no attempt to fix anything. This wasn’t a simple mistake this was repeated incompetence paired with poor management and disrespect toward a paying customer. Charging for add ons, failing to include them, and then refusing to correct obvious errors is unacceptable.
I left hungry, frustrated, and shocked at how poorly this location is run. Taco Bell corporate seriously needs to review this Vine Street Kissimmee location, because the lack of training, leadership, and basic customer service is glaring. This issue has been escalated to Taco Bell corporate, and I will not be returning to this location.

So I ordered food at 2am knowing they close at 3. And I’ll be honest. My order was a bit large (38+ dollars). I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Let me say. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised. Dasher aside (who was fantastic including confirming a rather weird bit of instructions. But also clearly caring that I get my good warm as it was) but the food with modification were marked. And I didn’t miss out on a single thing. They even threw in the hot sauce and napkins. And whilst I may not use said hot sauce. Just the fact that they threw it in was amazing to see. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a craving for Taco Bell so I made a turn and went to Taco Bell on West Vine Street in Kissimmee. I pulled up to the drive through, finally I went to a drive through where they got it right everything is there that you asked forand I love how they actually have enough of meat and cheese on the taco so they you’re not eating just shells whether it’s soft or hard tacos. Service was quick and every employee that I have dealt with at the window which was 3 on 2 different occasions were very professional and polite.

Very unhappy with the drive-through service. It was fast, but throughout the ordering, and payment process, the man standing at the window was making fun of the way I spoke, even closing the window to laugh with his coworkers as if I couldn’t see him! Hopefully the staff can do a better job at training their workers in the future.

Kept telling me to go around the drive thru talkin about my order hasn’t popped up yet when I order online everysingle time & when it shows received on my app ik it has popped up in the store lying to customers & making them go around is unacceptable asked for Diet Coke got regular & no straw! Worst taco bell i have ever been to! Came in, ordered food, got our drinks, sat here 40 min, went up to said where’s our food? Very non chalantly i was told oh either someone took it or it was never made. No apologies, no nothing! Worst customer service.
