I don’t understand how hard it is to follow a recipe and building guide for tacos. The only thing right in my order was the chips and nacho cheese dlt. I am very pregnant. Today I was super hungry after many errands. Taco Bell makes my pregnant soul sing. I get the same thing Everytime. 3 crunchy taco supreme combo no tomatoes and cinnamon somethings for dessert. I ordered, I get home and find a random quesadilla and one taco in my bag. No cinnas either. I practically start crying. I head back to the taco bell and go inside ready to be full Karen because I’m in an irrational state of pregnancy hangryness. The lady working was super sweet and while she explained the contents of my bag, it hit me I ordered a number 3! Not 3 hard tacos which is a number 2. They were right, I was wrong the only problem was the missing cinnas which honestly I probably didn’t need to begin with. They fixed me up free of charge and gave me extra cinnamon bun things. I almost cried again but happy that the boss babes running taco bell today were better than me I ate my food and had a much better evening! Thank you ladies!

Super rude and disrespectful staff. Went there and the drive-thru employee said my bill was 8.02. I gave her $9 and she gave me my food and drink. When I asked for my change she said I didn’t have any change. I said maam I gave you $9 on 8.02 I have some change and then she called the manager and said count her drawer. In the meantime she was saying all disrespectful things to me that I was a loser and this and that and I said you just need to learn how to count money.They said I had to go inside to get my money. So I parked and came inside and then the lady was like what did he say to you?What did you say to her I said that she needs to learn how to count money then manager came out screaming that I don’t need to disrespect her staff like that. That is not being disrespectful after somebody disrespected me saying they need to learn how to count money. The manager then proceeded to get a dollar and curse me out and threw the dollar on the floor for me to pick up and called me a loser. Will never go to that establishment again if that’s how Taco Bell allows their employees to act. money.

Placed a pickup order online, my husband pick it up on his way by there when it was delivered discovered a missing item. Called the store and they can’t do a refund all they can do was to get me the item on my next visit. Problem is dont know how long it will be before either one of us drive though there again. Yes I know he should have checked to make sure everything was there. He was the ONLY customer in the restaurant at that time, imagine if they were busy.

I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I did not receive my drink with my order, despite paying for it. When I inquired about it, the staff member seemed disoriented and stated she was high and unaware of their surroundings, which was concerning. Additionally, the wait time for my food was an excessive 30 minutes. Overall, the service was lacking and the experience was disappointing. I hope Taco Bell addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

This location used to be so good! Sad that it has changed. The last few orders from here have been disappointing. Lack of inside filling and undercooked. Breakfast is usually pretty good though and the employees are pretty nice.

Whoever owns or managers this location really should fire or have a conversation with some their staff. Their attitudes suck. One was complaining that she was working a 4p-10pm shift on Halloween. Stating why can’t people go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I know they have a deal going on. Go there. Like if you hate your job much then quit. Another staff member was screaming.
I can say there was one person who very polite but the rest can go.

Came thru the drive. The cashier ( my receipt says her name is Krista V) I was there at 11:20am. The intercom speaker was very rude didn’t say welcome to Taco Bell immediately and rudely says “what do you want?” As I’m trying to order my value meal she’s rushing me. When I drove to the window she has her hand out the window as if she is rushing me to pay. No hello no thank you no lThe worst customer service I have ever experienced here!
