Made the visit to this restaurant after a very long 20 hour drive. I used the drive through and I told the ladies working there which was after 11pm that I did not want diary on my chalupa. They did not honor my request plus they had very nasty attitude, for reasons I don’t know. There are people that can’t have diary, that should warrant an attitude. Instead I requested jalapeños, tomatoes lettuce and avocado, thats it. I did not get avocado and I got loads of cheese. That is wicked of them treat their customers in this manner. When I received my food bag, they were laughing like something is funny. I had no idea what they did because I was soo tired, I drove off to get to my destination to rest and eat. I could not eat the food by the way that I paid soo much money for. I will never come back to this location or ever recommend it to anyone.

Omg this was probably the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had! Ordered 2 cantina chicken burrito meals. The burritos were slopped together with meat that didn’t even look anything like chicken. We couldn’t even choke down half of them because the taste was horrible. This meal is usually our regular order, but after this visit idk if we can stomach to try them again. I ordered a baja strawberry dream frozen drink & was given just plain baja blast. When I went back to counter to correct the drink they tried telling me there was no such thing as the one I “claimed to have ordered”. I insisted that there was and even pulled it up on the kiosk. I was then given the options of frozen baja blast with vanilla added or baja blue raspberry frozen.
I do not recommend this taco bell in particular for sure!

Pretty disappointing visit. The drive-thru took forever, and when I got my order it was wrong (missing an item and the sauce I asked for). The tacos were messy with barely any filling, and everything tasted lukewarm like it had been sitting. The wrappers were greasy, and the bag wasn’t packed well, so it was a spill waiting to happen. Staff didn’t seem rude, but the whole place felt rushed and unorganized. I’ll skip this location next time.

They charge $2.19 for a Happy Hour fountain drink when their sign clearly states it is $1. Employees were not helpful at all and kept saying “It is because of corporate” — Avoid at all costs. Next time, I will go to McDonald’s next door instead.

Waited 20mins at the window. After 20 mins of My 30 min lunch break I got back to work just to realize I was given the wrong drink. My food wasnt even warm i counted 6 cinnamon twist in my bag. Which was easy to count considering it was half empty. & the cinnamon delights i ordered were already hard not even warm by time I got to work which is less than a 5 min drive. To say I waited 20 mins really isn’t any reason I can think for my food to be cold already

A very nice experience! The staff and food are top notch. You wouldn’t expect the amazing personalities at a fast food restaurant.
The manager was on the prep line helping with orders, but still took the time to speak with us.
We specifically ordered every item with a different special request and each item was prepared correctly as requested.
The lady (Rachel L) at the front counter is seriously underpaid, she greeted everyone with a cheerful demeanor. She made me laugh at least 5 times with her great sense of humor.
This was most likely my best experience at a Taco Bell to date.

If I could give a zero star, I would I went up there and I made a order for a beefy five layer burrito plus, I got the potato bowl with extra cheese and sour cream and pico it come with none of that. I got the spicy potato taco it had no potatoes in it so I went back through and they said well the fryers down so we can’t make you no more potatoes so we’ll have to make you something else so I ask him for a five layer burrito Which everybody knows that it should have five layers mine come with refried beans and a little bit of cheese and that’s it and I’ll show the picture

Came in tonight & was told to order at the kiosk instead of the lady taking my order at the counter. Three employees. Nobody in drive through or the lobby. Pure laziness. If I wanted to order at a kiosk I would place a order on the mobile app.
