Probably the nastiest restroom in an establishment that serves food that I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusting! Mind you the gentleman with General Manager is on shift as I leave this review. Pictures were taken this morning.

We did the drive-thru. Gave our orders. Food took a bit to come out. My husband had to ask for a receipt after paying and receiving our food. Come to find out they charged us $1.00 donation without asking! Not ok

I am writing to formally complain about a disturbing experience my colleagues and I had at your location today, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 2:10 PM.
The incident involved a male cashier working at the front counter.
Details of the Incident
Poor Treatment of Another Customer: While waiting in line, I observed the cashier exhibiting a terrible attitude toward an elderly gentleman ahead of us. His disrespectful demeanor was completely unacceptable.
Loss of Business: Due to the cashier’s behavior, I informed my colleagues that I was unwilling to spend my money at an establishment where customers, especially the elderly, are treated so poorly. We chose to leave the store without making a purchase.
Aggressive Confrontation: As we were leaving the premises and walking to our work truck, the same cashier came out of the store and confronted us, asking if we had a problem. When I affirmed that his disrespectful treatment of the older gentleman was the problem, his only justification was that he had “worked 10 hours.”
Final Outcome: I informed him that his long shift was no excuse to take out his frustrations on paying customers and advised him to call his boss. The fact that an employee would leave his post to aggressively confront a customer outside is completely inappropriate and reflects extremely poor customer service.
This individual’s conduct—from his initial poor attitude toward a vulnerable customer to his choice to pursue and confront us after we left—is highly unprofessional. This is not the type of experience that encourages repeat business.
I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure employees understand the importance of respectful customer service, regardless of how long their shift has been.

Update: I went through a gain and was given the wrong order this time it was daytime I called and they immediately apologized and made it right. I’m very pleased with the response from Carla Jr and the management.Getting fast food in cottonwood after 8pm is harder than pulling teeth. I ordered through the drive-thru at 8:43 it is now 8:48 and no one has even approached the drive-thru window horrible service

Saturday, 14 Dec 2024. A few weeks ago, I stopped in to pick up an after work meal. Selected the guacamole burger with a side of onion rings. The entire meal was delicious! What amazed me about the burger was the freshness of the lettuce. It was yummy crisp. And, the ample serving of onion rings was freshly cooked. I rarely walk in to order. The drive-through experience is nice with courteous service. Looking forward to my next visit. Blessed Christmas to all!

I love Carl’s Jr & Hardees and make it a point to go to them whenever I’m in the area of one. This visit was not among my best. The food was good but the service could have been better. There were a couple errors in our order.
Also: I despise when a cashier asks if you want a meal to be medium or large in a tone that implies they are the only 2 options when there is, in fact, the option to get small. When the pitch of the voice goes up in the end of the question “would you like medium or large?” the implication is you can get small as well. When the tone stays even and doesn’t rise at the end of the question it implies there are only 2 options and a third doesn’t exist.

Absolutely disappointing meal. I got the 5 piece chicken tenders, and they were all Silver Dollar size. One of them was just a chunk of fat and grizzle. Not even edible. I paid $16 for what was essentially a two piece chicken strips, and a half filled box of fries. I’m having to stop and get more food somewhere else because I am still hungry. What a joke. I’ll never be coming back to this establishment again.

I’m a fifty year resident here in this town and used to frequent your establishment. Today 6/11/2025 the service was awesome and the server’s attitude was amazing. The young man who was working the store solo because they were short handed, yet he was prompt and apologized for the minimal wait.
To be quite honest, I had not been back to this store in approximately a year due to my last couple of visits of poor service. If this young man is working at this location, I will definitely be returning solely by his attitude and service. This store is located at 2560 E Rio Mesa Trail

Food was fantastic.. Service professional and friendly. They did forget the BBQ sauce but I went back in to get it. So check if you ask for sauce on take out.
