I placed an order through the app and went the store by my house, 5557 Fruitville road. They were friendly but informed me That the order was sent to a store that is 25 minutes away. She said I could cancel the order through the app and just have them make it there, but when I went outside and looked on my phone, I did not see an option. I went ahead and drove to the other Taco Bell(this location) And called them when I was on the way, five times, with no answer. Three of the calls were picked up and hung up on me. Two of the calls just rang. when I finally got to this location I went inside and stood in front of the registers for a few minutes watching the young lady who was behind the line with her gloves on pull out her phone text and then proceeded to continue to make food without changing her gloves.

Well, it’s Taco Bell, if you don’t know what your getting by now then I’d suggest going somewhere better but Taco Bell is open later so thats a plus but nobody has care in making food at a fast-food restaurant like they do at real restaurants! The food is always just stopped together & they always seem to forget that one thing you were looking forward to so if you don’t check your bag before you leave then that’s on you! I enjoy Taco Bell from time to time but I’d much rather go to an authentic Mexican restaurant ALL-DAY if it’s early enough! Definitely a great place to stop at after a few drinks at the bar late night!

MOLD!!!!! I ordered a Mexican pizza meal. Everything was there but the box that stored the food had mold on the four corners of my food. It was absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary. I instantly felt sick and had to throw everything away. Waste of money going here. I am not sure if they do not clean or what but mold on the boxes that keep the food is nasty. It was definitely black mold after inspecting the box.

First off NOTICE HOW TACO BELL HAS STOPPED ANSWERING TO REVIEWS! ITS BECAUSE THEYRE ALL GARBAGE. Anyways.. I Stood in lobby for 10 minutes without seeing a soul??? Does anyone work here?? Then have to order on the stupid kiosk, then take money to counter. Its all sloppy and FOR A TEN DOLLAR BURRITO THEY DIDNT PUT ANYTHING IN??? THIS THING SHOULD BE OVERLOADED FOR TEN DAMN DOLLARS. $9.17 for 2 basic bean burritos and 2 basic crunchy tacos. Bean filling was more like a lump of paste, tacos wafer thin and cool to the touch. No counter help, have to order yourself on a kiosk. How does this place stay in business? Terrible food, if you can call it that, and preposterous pricing. You have been warned.

Food was satisfactory but what on earth is this stale aesthetic? No soul. Plain white walls, no artwork or color. Only kiosks to order no humans talking to customers. The place is a large empty room with basically no tables for guests to sit at. This is a lame direction to be headed in. Give us color, artwork and human interaction.

I learned my lesson. It’s been year since I’ve been in a Taco Bell. At first I thought it was closed. With the now hiring sign and the empty building. I ventured in anyway. Went to order at the register and was directed by finger point, no speaking,to the computer screen. Ordered and got my food surprisingly quick. Guy with blue shirt watch a tv show on his phone at full volume. Guy in red shirt sat right next to me in a completely empty room. Photo for reference. Shall not return.

The location was very clean and well stocked. Food was prepared well and as ordered (one order has many mods). Ingredients tasted fresh. Team members friendly and helpful. There was a young man working the front counter and I didn’t believe he stopped cleaning and organizing the entire time we were there. It seems like they actually care about the restaurant. Very nice!

We’ve been to this Taco Bell before and haven’t had issues like this, but this time when we went, the employees were very rude. And when we got home, our receipt was not given to us, they didn’t put on of our burritos that we paid for in the bag, and the chicken quesadilla we got wasn’t even cooked… the cheese wasn’t melted or even warm. We spent almost 20$ and I understand it’s fast food but this wasn’t even the bare minimum.

Slow counter service, food was okay. There were 2 homeless guys in the dining area, one was sleeping. The doors were broken or locked so only one entry point was available. It was kinda dirty. This is not a place we will return to for a meal.
