This Taco Bell is not too far from Me as I live down the way on Cortez. Never visited this location before and decided to give it a try one evening. I ordered a Loaded Beef Nacho ($3) which I must say was extremely disappointing to say the least. Poorly fixed as if thrown together. It’s abundantly clear the person or persons preparing the food could care less from the picture I uploaded here. And after my visit I was told by my neighbor that this location has a bad reputation. Wish I knew that before I wasted my time here. Definitely needs a change in management because if this has been accepted as the norm then that falls 100% on them. I’ll never be back… I’d rather give my money to Del Taco which has better service, better food and an overall more pleasant experience!!!! …Stay away from here!

I always have to check the order. It just seems nine times out of 10 they don’t get the order right even though you stated very clearly we always have to bring the food back or just double check it so not happy.

I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with no tomatoes because I have a health issue where their seeds can cause major medical issues. I got two bites into the Crunchwrap and realized there’s tomatoes scattered thru the whole thing. This has happened the last two times now (the other time was a nearby location).
There’s literally two stickers on my box that shows “NO Tomatoes” on it, so it’s not a system error. Perhaps the employee making it was too distracted by the crew talking about the lewd shirts they bought… like the one that said “unless I’m sitting on your face, don’t worry about my weight.”

So I got my food pretty late and I understand people are tired but don’t complain why you work a 9-5 when your so lazy you can’t even slice the quesadilla into 4 pieces they talk rude they just don’t care and that will apply to all aspects of there life goodnight.

This location consistently messes up orders. Yesterday, I ordered 2 bean burrito supremes – one with black beans, one with refried beans. She asked if I wanted to add beef. I clearly stated, “No, I don’t eat meat. I don’t want any meat or beef on those.” My order comes out with beef. I spit it out while driving, as I haven’t eaten meat in 30 years. Came through the line again and was told they would remake it. This morning, I take a bite – BEEF again. This is not a one time thing. My orders are often messed up here. The woman who took my order was very nice. I understand sometimes it’s hard to hear the difference between bean and beef, but the 2nd receipt was printed and sent to the kitchen correctly and still came out wrong. Just feel like this location needs some management assistance to get back on track. It has to suck to work somewhere where customers are unhappy all the time and orders aren’t made correctly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this location today with a friend. Upon arrival we noticed that the drive thru was very busy, and I was pressed on time, and had to be at work shortly. So we decided to go inside to place my order. Upon attempting to enter the restaurant we were surprised to find the door locked a little after 6PM, with no sign giving any reason as to why it was locked. This is not the first time that this has occurred, as this location is infamous for closing early. I then proceeded to the drive-thru, and after waiting 14 minutes I arrived at the menu board. Before I cloud place my order the cashier informed me that they were not excepting cash, and was card only. (Again, no sign anywhere informing customers of this) Unfortunately, I did not have my card on me, and had other cars behind me. I informed the cashier that I had exact change, and was only ordering two items (a burrito and drink) and that they could keep whatever change was left over. The cashier simply responded “No, I can’t do that”. After waiting for the cars in front of me to collect their orders at the window, as I was then stuck in the line, I proceeded to the drive-thru window where I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager. After receiving a sigh and an eye roll from the cashier, she brought back a young man. I politely asked the young man for the store managers name. His response was “I don’t have to tell you that” I then informed him that I simply want the managers first name, so that I know who to ask for when I call, and again he stated “I’m not giving you that information.” I then asked for the store number, so that I could contact corporate. The young man then responded “Well, you can look that up online, I am not giving you that information” Obviously being met with such rude service, I looked to see what his name was on his name badge, but none of the staff appeared to be wearing a name badge (Isn’t this Taco Bell policy?). When I asked his name, he responded “I’m don’t have to tell you my name”. and then shut the window and walked away. I am not the one to ever complain about restaurant staff, or management, but this location has some serious issues! The last time that I visited this location before this incident, they messed the order up, and before that they were not accepting debit, but only cash, and another time, they were out of flour tortillas! The problems literally never end at this location. This was a horrible experience, and I for one will never return to this location, that in my opinion should be shut down, since they can’t ever seem to get their act together. I would rather drive the extra few miles and go to the location on 41. Better staff, better management, better service. I have notified the better business bureau.

We went to this location for the first time and also for the first time two out of the four of us received poor quality food that made us immediately vomit. Stomach was at an uproar all night after eating at this taco bell. Save your money and keep your health by not visiting this location.
