They must’ve ran out of legs and thighs. Ordered a 16 piece half mild and half spicy. Received nothing but wings and breasts. Not sure if I needed to ask for the legs and thighs because the receipt listed it. The spicy chicken sandwich was good though. Brought this review from 1 star to 2. The fries were only ok and the lemonade tasted weird. Probably won’t go back.

This is the third time I have gone to this location and use the coupon in this happened. I waited over 20 min in the driver through just to ordered a 10-piece with two large sides in five biscuits. When I got back my fries were cold my biscuits where cold. When I tell you they gave me force of the scrawniest wings, one breast covered in just skin and no meat, literally the back of a chicken not a thigh not a leg no meat. Half of this food is inedible however because I use the coupon they gave me trash. I don’t know if it was because they are running low in the kitchen or what. This will be the last time I go to this location.

Ordered fish combo and shrimp combo was told to wait, but I never received my drinks and when I got home I realized he never came out with them, also my fish was only 2 small pieces completely petrified so bad one curled up and the fish was a thin line, I opened them up to see inside, like don’t feed people old dry fish and try to drop it like it’s fresh cause it’s called food poisoning I tried calling back but of course no answer I can’t believe this there’s always something with this location even though everyone supports them in this community they need to do better. The food is great overall but the waiting time is way too long. It’s not that it took long to fry the food, they just didn’t bring it out. Once they saw me go in they took it out. The food has clearly been sitting as the boxes are literally soft meaning it’s been sitting in there and the steam has gotten onto the box making it that soft.

This was my first visit to this Popeyes, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The macaroni and cheese I received was lukewarm, lacking the creamy texture and warmth I was hoping for. As for the biscuit, it was disappointingly dry and crumbly, which made it hard to enjoy. I ended up feeling like I wasted $14 on this meal. I really wish I could get a refund for this experience. nasty

This Popeyes cannot get it together. They make mistakes every single time. Don’t even bother going to this location. They either give you the wrong order completely, forget items or royally mess up like forgetting the red beans in red beans and rice. Seriously?! And then to top it all off the staff is rude when you request that they fix the order. It wouldn’t shock me if this location goes out of business.
