I was happy to see a Taco Bell/ Long John Silvers… it has been a while since we have been to one. Most of us got Long John Silver’s. It was a little greasy, but the flavor was good. I didn’t really care for the Cole Slaw. I would have swapped that out for corn on the Cob, but that wasn’t an option at this Long John Silvers.

A young lady that was working 11/05 around 12 pm was being rude. I was just asking for a side of cheese sauce because the ones they gave me were barely half full. I didn’t mind paying for a side of the cheese sauce. She was just being really rude and making faces. The nacho fries were also barely even seasoned, most of them looking like regular fries. My potato taco was also extremely hard. The potatoes were so hard and none were soft and I couldn’t even eat it. They are also not even taking the orders. You have to order at a kiosk. There were only 3-4 people working so I guess i understand them not wanting to take orders.

Check your orders each every individual one because I told them I couldn’t have milk or cheese so I didn’t want sour cream and cheese. They said fine. I didn’t check my order so it’s my fault. They screwed up my order and my wife’s order when we got home. Terrible.

What a joke. Rudest staff ever. The people refused to take our order and forced us to use the kiosk, which was extremely confusing. I couldn’t find what I wanted and took me over 10 minutes just to order 2 items. A worker walked by and I asked for help and he literally turned around and walked away. It looks dingy and old. They had a full staff and no customers but took another 20 minutes to give me my food.

given crunchwraps instead of two limited cheez-it items i payed for, they were assured they gave me the right items when coming back up the drive thru at 1am. was told theyd bring the items to my vehicle instead they call me to walk out, how items were recieved.. not to mention both boxes were upside down

They would not take my order at the front counter, told me I had to use the kiosk was the only way to order. Not happy! They removed the Long John Silver’s not happy! Food quality is okay I will not be returning.

What’s the point of ordering online for a pickup, only to have to wait when you arrive 20 minutes later. Then you watch people in the drive thru pull up, order, and get their food before you? You guys need to work on this at the Dani Dr. location.
