So today I went through the drive through and ordered (2 chicken)chalupas! With a hard taco and a supreme crunch wrap. So excited to get home and eat my chalupas because I been craving the chicken ones. !!! Needless to say that’s NOT WHAT I GOT. I GOT BEEF!! HOW THE HELL DO YOU CONFUSE CHICKEN WITH BEEF. IM BEYOND PISSED BECAUSE I LIVE 30 MINS AWAY FROM TACO BELL. I could have called and yes, they can replace my order. But the problem is, I’m not driving 30 minutes back into town. For 2 chaluppas, which, by the way, cost me over $20 for my meal. So I decided to leave a bad review and let it be known.I will never be back at this taco.Bell ever again. You had one job! to make a taco and some how messed that up , the simplest thing you can do at a fast food restaurant… who ever is in charge of prepping and maken the food , should PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL INSTEAD OF RUSHING! My receipt has my correct order. So that means whoever is in the kitchen needs to pay attention. And do better

The food is good, but they’ve started doing what Chic Fil A does with an outdoor order taker. I hate that. They don’t want you to pull up to the menu because it starts their timer, so they hand you a tiny menu to read.

I mean… what can I say? It’s Taco Bell. You don’t come here for a quiet, elegant dining experience… you come for pure, unhinged joy wrapped in a tortilla. The food comes out hot, fast, and with just enough mystery to keep life exciting. Every bite is a gamble, every crunch wrap is a blessing, and every late-night visit is a decision I absolutely stand by. 10/10 would risk it all again.

On march 9 of 2025 I went to the Taco Bell, I asked for black bean chalupa and they gave wrong order. I had to go inside the store and re-order again the black bean chalupa and I also order a cheese quesadilla, and when I was eating the cheese quesadilla it had a hair in it. Very disgusting .they need wear something to cover the hair, to work with food. It’s not sanitary at all. I literally started throwing up . Won’t eat at this place ever again.

Horrible! Lazy, slow workers! rude customer service. We paid $33 for this tacos. They gave us the wrong order. we ordered 7 tacos they gave us only 6. we came back to fix and get our order fix. this what they gave me. theres not much meat and its a hard, stale tacos.
