Brought my family here. All the tables were dirty food. Everywhere trash on the floor I asked the guy behind the counter. If he could give me a RAG, so I could wipe off a table to eat at. And he just ignored me, went back to doing whatever he was doing. It should have taken pictures.There was food everywhere.Trash was overflowing, we just left.I couldn’t have my kids sitting at a dirty table like that. It is so easy just to keep things clean with the way the restaurant. His maintain, I would hate to see the rest of the restaurant if they even clean their cooking utensils or anything.

Ordered drive thru slightly before 6. The guy that had a beard and a bun was so hilarious. He made my day. Made fun for getting 3 large Baja blasts and of my laugh. It was amazing. Sad I didnt shoot that shot! He was sp funny.

This is the dirtiest nastiest Taco Bell, I’ve ever been to every single table was covered with food. The floor so sticky that you have to pull your feet up off the floor to walk. Even the counter where they serve the food was sticky. I don’t know what they’re doing at this restaurant but they need to clean it. I actually changed my mind about eating here and left.

I order through the app and they said there’s a issue with my payment(I opened the bank app and they charged me for the order) I send my mom to pick up the order through the drive thru and they treated her with a horrible attitude after making her wait in the line, I was on the phone with her and I heard everything so I just told her to put me in speaker and I explained the situation and the employee was having attitude and only replying with “I don’t have a order with that name” when I was trying to explain the whole situation in a calm tone, I decided to order from other place bc my mom felt so bad bc they treated her like she didn’t know what a Taco Bell is and in reality we have Taco Bell in our country too, I work in costumer service and I understand being under stress but there’s no excuse for that poor behavior.

I’ll never understand how it’s so hard to read a screen and make a regular taco not to mention you ask for extra red sauce get charged for it and there’s virtually no sauce on your burritos, what a joke… hire more competent people!
