Just once I would love to spend my money at a Taco Bell that isn’t staffed by people who clearly hate working there enough to take it out on their customers by intentionally preparing their order extremely poorly.
It’s one thing to give them the wrong items, or even not even include them at all, which also occurred during this visit – but when you’re actively serving burnt food like these nuggets I was given last night, it almost feels criminal. On top of that, they don’t even know how to count since I wasn’t even given the correct amount.
How do you sleep at night overcharging people for inedible food? Where is your shame?

I pulled in around 3:50 AM after driving around way too long trying to find an open Taco Bell. When I got there, the very kind woman at the window let me know they were out of rice and queso and asked what I’d like instead. I told her to just give me whatever she thought would make me happy.
Somehow, that turned into the best Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever had. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the two women working, but they were both incredibly nice. This was Thursday night (3/6), and they absolutely saved my night.

I love this Taco Bell. They always go above and beyond. Plus, they still make some of the old school stuff (secret menu). Double-decker taco, combo burrito, and the original beef burrito. The smart management here knows how to make adjustments and ring it in correctly to do it the old way. Kailey working in the drive-through today was awesome. She was able to order the double-decker tacos for me today. Great job everybody. Been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and I haven’t always had the best experiences at this location. However, that completely changed once Zanaya began working here. She is the young lady at the drive-through window, and she has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve visited. Over the past several visits, she has consistently gone above and beyond, especially when helping me with my rewards through the app. Her customer service truly stands out and has made a big difference in my experience at this location.

These are NOT AT ALL what the store has advertised. Not in the commercials. Not in the store self serve kiosk. Not what’s on the menu boards. And not even at least the aroma you smell walking into the fast food restaurant. These are much worse than you would expect. To say they look like they belong in a toilet would be an understatement because they even smell the part. Do not get the nuggets. The nacho fries have improved recently. Whoever was burning them originally must have been rotated to nugget duty.

I have lived around the corner and never have stopped in. Decided to stop by today and made the mistake of doing so. There was only 1 other person inside who ordered right after me. I figured parking and ordering inside was faster than the drive through because I saw cars in line. I placed my order at 10:30pm, and texted my husband at 10:32pm saying I put in an order. At 10:48pm I was still waiting. A woman finally asked if I was still waiting for an order, I said yes, I ordered on the machine by Kira (they couldn’t find it), but by that time I said I had already waited nearly 20 minutes and was going to just leave. I left but re-entered the store because I wanted to know what happened. Apparently even if the machine prompts you to be able to pay in cash, the order does not go through on their system until you pay at the counter. So I sat there while nobody was making my order. I was waiting at the counter nearly 20 minutes while people saw me stand. The woman said there is nobody that works the counter after 10pm. Stupid system, and absolutely not okay. I saw car after car getting their orders at the drive through. The only reason I gave 2 stars is they gave my 2 small burritos for free, one rice and bean, one chili cheese. It would have been faster for me to go have gone to Walmart and gotten real food. Honestly the 2 small free items that cost $4 is not worth the wait and being ignored. Terrible. Never again.

Worst order ever! I had to repeat my order 4 times at the drive thru because the worker didn’t know the menu and had no clue what I was ordering. Then the food was ice cold when we got home and we only live 5 mins from Taco Bell. It clearly had been sitting for a long time. The tacos were pasted to the wrappers and completely fell apart due to it being soggy and old. Disappointing and disgusting. We will never go back here. Worst tacos I’ve ever gotten. We will drive farther to a different location and hope it’s better next time we want Taco Bell.

To order my food, I have to use a kiosk. No, person to order through. I order the Mexican Pizza.
With a side order of French fries.
They put the French fries in my Pizza.
Then, I went to get fork and knife. I was told they don’t have forks. And knives, lady behind me or salad. She was told they have no forks and knives. How do you serve force? Food that you have to eat with a fork to knife and you don’t have forks. And knives, that is bad management.
And I didn’t want my French fries in my Pizza. One of them next to my Pizza.
And no chance to fix it.
I will never come back to this Taco bell again…

I don’t know why other people are saying the food and service here isn’t good! Not true at all.
First of all, I love breakfast, and I was craving Taco Bell and I needed to have the perfect meal. I ordered on this location and I’m so happy I did, the service is top-notch! I got a breakfast combo: A hasbrown, cinnamon delights and crunchy wrap with bacon and eggs (the crunchwrap was huge filled with bacon and eggs! It was so yummy) ! I also got a cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and it was perfection! All was hot and fresh!
The staff was the best I ordered my coffee wrong, and I felt so sad because I wanted the cinnamon iced coffee they didn’t think twice and made it for me! I think this is great service and my favorite location in the area.
