Taco bell just like most restaurants have begun using kiosk ordering. I’m not a big fan with this new trend because we no longer communicate with other human beings. Companies today are concerned about getting you hard earned money while proving less and less service. No choice for us, I guess and that is to bad because one less person gets a job a day one less person someone gets to talk to or perhaps meet. Highly Favorable Taco Bell Store! They make there burritos so good and they’re always hot when i come to pick up my food. Love this store and would recommend it plenty of times. Robin & Lisa & David were showing exceptional customer service and gave me everything i needed!

I usually don’t pop in because of the kiosks and lack of customer service. However on this vist Robin went up, Above, and beyond. Offering extra assistance with the kiosk, and even helped me make my decision using her advanced knowledge of the products offered. She was also very kind and hospitable! Certainly I will be returning, mainly due to Robin’s attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills!

They have the most AMAZING manager Jolie. She is always so nice to her customers and employees Everytime I go in there. The crew are also very nice. The food is always fresh and hot and the wait time is not bad at all. Also I love how the lobby and restroom is always so clean!!! This is by far my favorite Taco Bell. Keep up the amazing work yall

Staff was very monotone didn’t have the best guest service, they were not rude or anything just not inviting or pleasant to talk to. Too many things were stuffed in the bag and it ripped, luckily I was setting it down and it just dropped. The cheese was hotter than the fries by a good amount. I also hate how quesidillas always go on the very bottom of the bag it makes them soggy and nasty sitting under the weight of the other food. We ordered a quesidilla meal, meal for 2 and 2 large nacho fries. I attempt to eat taco bell maybe once a year and its always a regret.

Hands down the worst TB I’ve ever been to. Expect long wait times and employees that can’t get your food order right no matter how simple it is. Ordering online or drive through is always an issue. There’s zero training or oversight at this location, and it shows. Y’all make me want to never visit a TB again.

Closest Taco Bell to me. I’ve been here plenty of times, usually through the drive thru.. They never get the order right. Usually missing a bunch of ingredients. Order a cheesy Gordita crunch, end up with a basic crunchy taco. Order a cheesy double beef burrito, end up with just beef, cheese sauce and sour cream. Y’all need to get it together.

Placed order on kiosk. The line employees were in back room laughing cutting up with each other instead of filling orders. This went on for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the gentleman came out to fill orders he got them totally wrong and just half wrapped. He forgot 1 chicken chalupa. The 2 beefy 5 layer burrito ended up being beans. The worst customer service ever. Calling corporate was no better was on hold for 25 minutes and still never got to talk to anyone. Also a shame you can’t choose none below on review.
