First off, this place is just OUTSTANDING. Even when it’s busy, the staff are so kind! If there’s a wait they even text you a link that tells you WHAT PLACE IN LINE you are!! So if you wanna pop to another store real quick, you know just how much time you have! Perfect for our Valentine’s plans, and the wait was even shorter than I thought considering how busy it was!
The biscuits and gravy were to DIE for, even the leftovers the next day were somehow good?!
We also got the mini-waffle flight, which is just delightful. I love how small they are, yet they don’t skimp out on the toppings! My girlfriend’s favorite was the Bananza, and mine was the Maui, surprisingly very refreshing!
Our server was so kind, even when I was getting confused on how to split payments, she was so helpful and wonderful.
And a special shoutout to the General Manager, Jodi! She made sure our meal was perfect despite how busy the store was, and she’s such a sweetheart!!! ❤️
Definitely one of my favorite brunch spots!
My only complaint? I wish they were open 24/7!! I would be here NON-STOP. Though maybe it’s good for my wallet that they aren’t…

Visiting Syrup for the first time turned out to be a wonderful experience. The atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and instantly welcoming. Every dish looked beautiful and tasted even better, making the pricing feel completely justified. From presentation to flavor, everything exceeded my expectations and left me truly impressed.

Coming back to try the sweet breakfast. My first time here and had a more savory breakfast. We had the BTOB and had the chiliquiles. To drink we had the hot organic Chai and the espresso. I only wished the espresso was a bit more hot and the chips in the chiliquiles a bit more crunchy. It was all still very good. Our server was very welcoming and did not miss anything that we ordered. Can’t wait to come back again.

The service was fast and efficient. I ordered the crabby cakes benedict with a side of the loaded potatoes. Both were really good. I would definitely order this again

Syrup is a definite go to for breakfast or lunch! They offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced and you can taste the difference!
Fresh squeezed orange juice is off the chain!!! Syrup also offers spirits for those over 21.
Breakfast or lunch, Syrup is a must go!
Easy access parking.
Only downside, your party will not be seated until all have arrived.
I’m sure special small events would be more relaxed with exceptions.

My husband and I came here for a late breakfast on a Saturday. There was a small wait which was understandable. The restaurant was very clean and the service was prompt. Our server, Marco, was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I both got the legendary breakfast. I appreciate the choice of their vanilla syrup or the maple for my pancakes. That vanilla is a must try! Portions were great and prices were on point for the quality. Will come back next time we are in the area.

I have a problem with online ordering that they definitely need to change. It is so inconvenient that they don’t give you enough options to add or remove such things on the dishes. We ordered a green Mega-ritto and my wife doesn’t like the chorizo from here because it’s usually always undercooked. So making it easier for everyone I just wanted to remove the chorizo but it doesn’t give you the option to do it online. But I still placed the order and called the restaurant right away to let them know the situation and so that they can remove it. When I called the store some young girl answered the phone and she said she was going to talk to the cooks and put me on hold then when she came back she said that they would do the best they can to not put chorizo. What do you mean best they can I said no chorizo so that means no chorizo. So I believe the cooks got upset and added so many jalapeños to the burrito because they were really frustrated and wanted to get revenge. I always order this dish and not once have they ever put this much jalapeños to the burrito. This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected by the manager.

We had such a wonderful lunch at Syrup in Algonquin! I came with my girlfriends and everything about the experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared.
Our server, Marco, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly did a fantastic job taking care of us. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. The entire staff was very caring and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even more special.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot. It’s definitely worth trying — we will absolutely be back!

We love St.Charles Syrup, so decided to try this location. They are not as good as St.Charles, the mimosa was warm!?!?!? The cucumber lime drink was not as tasty as St.Charles. The names are slightly different but same ingredients. The bacon tasted horrible. My crepes were really good though and the waffle flight was good. Service was good. They don’t have a bar or booths, the way St.Charles does, so it’s very loud and screaming children, ugh! Will not be back to this location.

This is my go to spot for breakfast!!! Generous portions with everything cooked to perfection!! I had the steak and eggs and my steak was cooked beautifully. I love their pancakes and the homemade syrups are amazing. They have biscuits that I have to get some to go. Service is really stellar. My only quibble is that I wished they would leave the coffee pot on the table. But since I don’t go during busy times, coffee refills aren’t a problem.
