These nuggets have to be a joke. A ten dollar box and the chalupa is a normal but what is this supposed to be? Pretty sure the menu doesn’t call them “tiny burritos” Also isn’t there supposed to be another item in the box besides the chalupa and these excuses for burritos?

Staff are not friendly, basically throw your food out the window & close it back. Items are not packed well, sloppily out together. Prices have gone up & items have gotten smaller. Big Burrito Supreme is neither big or supreme!

This location has terrible customer service. I tried to order at the order counter and the person behind the counter had an attitude saying,”I know you see there is only 2 of us back here! “Can you just order on the kiosk because I ain’t got time for that.” They said it like I’m supposed to be aware that they’re busy as if I should know better when honestly my fiance and I were the only ones in the lobby so I don’t know how “busy” they must’ve been. Locations like this make me appreciate places like Chick-Fil-A since they actually hire staff that at least try to give real customer service. I’m not asking for a red carpet roll out but your store staff needs to learn to be kinder to people.

I’ve been doing Uber Eats for a while now and have had to stop at this Taco Bell countless times for pickups. Honestly, if it weren’t for my job, I wouldn’t come here at all. This location is one of the worst run fast food spots I’ve ever dealt with.
I wasn’t planning on writing any reviews for this location, but tonight’s incident compelled me to speak up.
Every visit feels the same. Employees stand around, give you looks, and act like acknowledging customers or delivery drivers is beneath them. I’ve politely asked for assistance multiple times, only to be ignored or met with eye rolls and blank stares. It is clear a lot of them do not care about doing their jobs, and management allows it.
The most unacceptable experience happened on my latest visit. While several of us drivers were waiting at the counter, an employee came up to greet someone he personally knew. Instead of handling it professionally, he looked right at the rest of us waiting and very rudely said, “I don’t know these crackers.” The way he said it was not a joke. It was dismissive, insulting, and dripping with the attitude that we were not worth his time, like he did not even want to be associated with us.
This kind of behavior is absolutely disgusting. No one should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful and racist manner. Treating other human beings with disdain and prejudice is a violation of basic human decency. Delivery drivers and customers alike deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness, regardless of race, background, or reason for visiting. Allowing this type of conduct to occur unchecked is deeply troubling.
It is honestly embarrassing that Taco Bell allows employees like this to represent their brand. If management here has any standards at all, they need to retrain or replace staff immediately. Until this location addresses these issues and takes meaningful steps to ensure professionalism, accountability, and human decency, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Drive thru sign is incorrect. #5 said Mexican Pizza and 2 tacos. Received a Nacho Bell Grande and 1 taco. Told the girl at the window the food was wrong and she claimed that what I got was correct. Drove around to confirm and I was correct, #5 says Mexican Pizza on the drive thru menu. Went inside to further explain my problem, and the same girl still claimed she was right. I told her to go look at the outside sign, and she said she didn’t need to, her menu INSIDE says Nacho Bell Grande and the receipt she gave me AT THE TIME OF GETTING THE FOOD, said Nacho Bell Grande. I told her it didn’t matter what was on her menu INSIDE or what was on the receipt I got WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE WRONNG FOOD, and she said yes it does and what is on the drive thru menu is not her problem, then she proceeded to ignore my protest. The cook made me a Mexican Pizza and handed it to me, to which I said I would like to speak to the manager. Same girl came back and said she was the manager. I told her I wanted to speak with HER manager and she asked why and I told her she was incredibly rude. She said I was being rude (which I had not been, even once) and she refused to give me contact information to contact her boss!
This girl has no business working in a position that deals with customers, because she has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills, and, if she IS a manager, she CERTAINLY has no business being in a position of authority. She is directly hurting this business and, until this person is removed and someone from this location apologizes to me, I will personally do everything in my power to direct as much business away from this location as I can.

I frequent this TB location almost everyday. It’s literally the only reason vegetables are in my diet.
I’ve been eating here for months and it’s consistently fresh. The employees are usually excellent at making fresh hot food.

06/15/2024 2:08pm. Wow I really do not like and rarely leave bad reviews but this location is crazy unreliable. I walked in I was the only guy in the lobby condiments severely needed stock. There is no ice in the machine. Every beverage I dispensed was warm. I sat there and waited for 10 minutes when all they worked on was the drive-through I counted 12 cars go thru the window and remind you I was the only one in lobby. And when I first showed up there The first was only one car in the lane. This is Taco not rocket science. Employees need bigger brains but I don’t blame them I blame the poor management. Not to mention they messed up my cantina order. It’s like someone dropped a nuke in this place.

The beef chalupa supreme was absolutely delicious. I ordered one by delivery before that was pretty bad so I was scared to try it again but this one was great. I wish I would have ordered two of them.

Every single time I come to this Taco Bell as of recently (once at like 6pm and this time at 1:30am), the service has been insanely good. Like, hard to process how a fast food place (especially Taco Bell – which I love, but no matter what you’re going to be missing some items and that’s just part of the experience). But these amazing people at this specific Taco Bell don’t even let that happen. I just left with another amazing experience where picking up an online order, the guy first brought out our drinks first so we had those while we waited over in the parking lot. Then shortly after awesome upbeat other guy brings out our food and wishes us a great night. Then a young woman came running out to stop us from leaving because she had one last item that had not initially made it into the bag.
These people go above and beyond.
My visit last month left my friend and I notably impressed by the service – not something one notices with fast food usually.
Whatever these people are doing, Taco Bell needs to take notice, and ensure they are happy. And they deserve some sort of award (legitimately. These people are acing everything and are positive, polite/respectful, and funny while they ace your order while going above and beyond.
Award these people. Pay them more. They make Taco Bell look and taste amazing. And they make the drive through experience an awesome one (which… should not be possible? Not that driving through is bad… bad drive through should not happen. But when you and everyone else you know who’s been leaves talking about how amazing the Taco Bell is, it’s weirdly notable in a great way.
