I was here earlier this morning, and the employees refused to make the Uber eats order I came to pick up because they claimed it was just too early to make a Chalupa. I am very upset and it cost me money and time. And needless to say the customer did not get their order either. I would never recommend this Taco Bell to anyone ever! The employees here are extremely lazy and rather useless! I hope corporate sees this and understands that somebody that’s working there this morning should be fired!

I’ve ordered from this taco bell a few times and it is ALWAYS a mess last night took the cake and why I won’t be choosing this location again. Do NOT go to this location if you want taco bell they are all very slow in process it took an hour before to make burritos for me to have them delivered? I let it go but to order simple things and have them ALL entirely wrong I’m talking missing 90 percent of the products in EACH food item, bad. In DoorDash delivery, I have experienced hundreds of restaurants. I waited over 25 minutes and was never served! When I asked about the order a 3rd time, Ashley informed me I could leave the store. On her cell phone at least a half dozen times, vulgar and aggressive. She is hands-down the worst employee of any place I have ever seen in my life!

Worst experience ever. Food look like it had been sitting around for at least a day and had almost nothing but the Wilted and wet tortilla shells. And dont get me started on the employees that were working. They obviously dont like the transgender population. This place used to actually be Decent when i went. Food was crazy, came out fast but there were no cashiers for a minute when we got there. The restaurant was dirty with food everywhere and the bathroom was jacked up and the toilet was jonesed. As soon as I walked in the bathroom I went stiff because of the messy environment within. Still I cannot deny it was a great meal and I am now waiting to see what is gonna go down on the otherside.

Went through Drive Thru around 6:30P on 7/24/23. The girl taking my order took over 10 minutes to take my order and kept telling me to hold on while I was placing my order. I spent over $50 and when I got home over half my order was missing. Tried to call the store over 7 times that night and no answer. This Taco Bell is the worst in customer service and their food is either missing or cold.

Haven’t eaten at a taco bell in a lil minute. Decided to go and eat in the parking lot. Instead of driving all the way home. My taco was soooo fresh, hot, and delicious from this particular one. I’ll be going back more often!
