I wasn’t even going to do this, but they are so unorganized and unprofessional that here I am. I ordered online Applebee’s on Walden pick up 735pm. I arrived employees were playing at the bar. There is construction underway at the pick up so you have to go in the main entrance to pickup food. I got home bit into it chicken was completely raw with hot sauce on it. I Called them right away. The manager said well, what would you like me to do? I said I would like a full refund. She offered me a gift card. Why would I want to come back to the place that tried to poison me. The next day someone else called me and I told her all they did was offer me a gift card and I do not want a gift card. I want a full refund to my card. She said OK I was satisfied. THEN I received another call from corporate so they can issue my gift card that I did not want and get my full name. I said ma’am, I don’t want a gift card. I want my full refund. I just spoke with someone at the store, She said oh I’m from corporate. We don’t usually give full refunds. We shouldn’t be doing that. I said why would I want to come back to the restaurant and spend more money. She said oh OK and hung up.

Our server was excellent. He greeted my son and myself with a wonderful smile and was very polite. It was my son’s birthday and when I asked if they have any specials for a birthday he informed us he would get a free dessert. My son loved the dessert. We plan on coming back at least once a month. We love Applebee’s and our wonderful server Nicholis W.

We waited 10 mins , they was going around with other peoples food asking did they order this and the drinks was watered down we asked for more pumps they came back with 2 more pumps and it was still watery!! the men’s bathroom got soap all over the sinks

The service was terrible! The waitress complained the whole time about how short staffed they were. Sat down at our table with us complaining like we were her friends. I’m here to celebrate a birthday lunch with my daughter. We were serve our food, no one came back to check in or ask for refills. I had to ask for a box and receipt. Sat waiting for a receipt for over 20 min

Good service by very busy wait-staff in a clean and pleasant environment.
Food on the other hand was not so good. Ceasar salads were pretty good but the mains were not.
A steak main was way over-cooked to well done despite being requested to be medium rare. The lime chicken main was far to salty and the rice was just too dry and over-seasoned.
Perhaps other menu choices might have been better. They have some new chicken sandwiches that looked interesting.

We tried to go out to dinner with some friends. Appetizers were half off so we were expecting a good hot mozzarella stick and a fun time. BUT, we were very disappointed. The long wait, the service, and the food was terrible!!! The food was inedible. Had a HAIR in it, was also cold, and we were waiting over an hour for the food. And the staff was very rude. I mean, I understand its Applebee’s and not a 5 star dining experience, but why even be open if y’all can’t even give us a pepsi without random floaties in it, or even have a clean table for anyone to sit at?! I would not recommend this place. This location specifically. AND, after waiting so long for crappy food, we had to hear the closing server complain while she vacuumed. Stating that she wasn’t staying one minute past close. Honey … we didn’t even want to be out that late!! What a disappointment.

Rough experience…Been a decade since I’ve visited an Applebee’s and quickly remembered why.. All beer taps down due to a C02 leak. Had to pivot to the semi-warm half available bottle selection. Bartender was our server at a bar top and provided good service. Several items on the menu were unavailable due to the menu options being inconsistent between locations. Was told it’s due to a menu issued Nationaly that all locations don’t follow. All good though. Pretzel sticks came out with a frozen cheese sauce, burgers were generally not great and the fries were limp and beige. ~12hrs later my stomach verified the level of food safety as low as well. Maybe skip over this place. Go get some real Buffalo wings.

Last night, we went for dinner. It was busy so a wait was expected and totally fine with me. We got a table after about 25 mins. The hostess was not wearing the uniform and was wearing an oversized pink lilo and stitch hoodie. She was visibly upset with the kitchen staff, and buss staff making comments that her team doesnt know what they were doing. We sit down and after about 5 minutes our server comes over. Nice guy but doesn’t know the menu. I ordered the Margherita flight, and my boyfriend asked a few questions about the beers. The server had no knowledge of beers and normally when you are unsure of a drink the waiter brings you a small sip. We requested it and we’re told no. Cool, policy is policy. When the drinks comes out (35 minutes later) my flight was made incorrectly missing one of the flavors. I inquired with our waiter and he said he didn’t know, they probably ran out of the syrup for that drink. I would think that I should have been told they dont have what I ordered and to let me decide if I still wanted the item. Rather they took that decision away from me and just gave me what they felt was suitable. Next when the app comes, we were given plastic cutlery because they were behind in the dish pit. I ordered the bourbon street steak and my boyfriend ordered the 12oz Ribeye. When I ordered, I indicated that I have a shellfish allergy and the waiter says OK, so bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. My boyfriend says, no she ordered steak and just told you she has a shellfish allergy. I told the waiter that I will take my meat medium. Next, when my boyfriend orders his meat the waiter says great and walks away not giving the opportunity to tell him how we want the ribeye. My boyfriend flags him down and says yoy didn’t ask how I wanted my meat, instead of being apologetic, he just says so how do you want your meat. He orders it medium rare.. i remind the waiter that we will need steak knives since we have only been provided with plastic cuttlery. 30 minutes later he brings steak knives which still have food on them from the previous client. We flag him down and show him, he says my bad, and gets us new knives. 15 minutes later the food comes out. My steak is burnt and well done. Not medium. I send it back. Then my boyfriend cuts into his grissled meat that medium well to well done, his broccoli is soggy. So we have to send it back, ask for a manager. Manager comes over quickly, we explain about the food, and tell her we are ok to pay for what we have eaten and drank, but we are going to call it a night since the entire visit went terrible. She brings the bill and there is an extra beer on the receipt thay we had not received yet. She then removes it and we pay for the incorrect marg flight, one beer and pretzels. We leave, hungry and dissatisfied. We are outside the restaurants and we hear yelling, crying and screaming. Once we see what is happening there are employees fighting, yelling, shouting profanities at eachother. Now remember the hostess with the lilo and stich hoodie. She is screaming crying and jumping up and down. The disgusting words and behaviors she was using just topped off the evening. Obviously they were all having a bad night and were understaffed. They should have closed or limited capacity. Worst experience from beginning to end.

So we ordered from here the lady who claimed to be a manager, could not hear our voices through the phone, but yet we were in a very quiet area calling her when I know there is probably multiple phones in the building that she could’ve went to and put me on hold to get a better listen to what we were saying on top of it. We are missing two out of five of our things that we ordered And she was very ignorant to us over the phone didn’t even accommodate to us. Didn’t even try to Be understanding like we were the problem. She was very rude. We asked her how long and totally got shut out. We will definitely not be ordering from this one ever again. I mean $65 worth of food and we get treated like we did something wrong. Never again. customer service over the phone .. ignorant, rude once again I’m going to say it never again. I don’t ever normally do this. I think this is my second review on any restaurant and I am so highly disappointed. I would rate the food, but we don’t have any of it because we had to take it back. The manager also asked us. What would we like them to do about it while we paid $65 we would like our food. Customer service there is sad. Do not go there.
