Please explaine why I looked at the menu online, not the app. And saw that a soft shell and hard shell taco was $1.75 each and the cheese burrito wane $2.00 I got two soft , two hard, and that burrito and my bill was just shy of $15.00? Went here on our lunch break. The food was hot and fresh and for once not super skimpy. The guy in the drive through window and very polite and professional, which is pretty hard to come by in fast food lately. Hopefully pur trips can be like this more often.

Too many times they have given me a meat crunch wrap when I asked for black bean. Its not that hard and it makes the difference in whether or not someone eats. Even though working at Taco bell probably sucks for most people I bet the employees can all agree they want their food the way they want it and not a different way.

Their POS system crashed when I got there. Took forever to get food. Was not asked about what kind of sauce I wanted. Food was prepared and left to sit while the system came back online. Tasted like it too. Employee was friendly enough. Its Taco Bell.

Rising prices and corporate greed have gotten absolutely insane. A year and half ago a combo was $5.99. Six months ago it was $8.99. Today, its almost $14 after tax. Within a year, a cravings box is going to be $14.99 plus tax, mark my words. You can go to a sit down restaurant for a drink and burrito for less than that and you don’t risk sitting in a drive through line for 15 minutes just to park and go inside because they forgot half your order.

The manager here today was a Hispanic man who made it known that he doesn’t care about his customers. We come here once a week and won’t come anymore. They made our food wrong and instead of fixing it we were told that we had to call 1-800-taco bell to attempt a refund. This is the most ridiculous thing- THEY MADE OUR FOOD WRONG yet I need to call Corporate and ask for a refund.
