11:35pm. Whole order was atrocious. Ordered a $7.89 Luxe Box. Taco had a soggy bottom. 5 layer burrito had a tiny teaspoon wipe of sour cream. Chicken chalupa shell was so stale I couldn’t bite through it. Unreal. I brought it back and showed them and no apology. They remade it to standards but I had to waste about 40 minutes of my time.

My order was missing an item so I went back into the drive thru to get it. There were polite and said pull forward. I was handed a bag with a completely different item! Third drive around they got it right and gave me a free drink. Luckily it wasn’t busy. Nice staff, food was on par, but I was not thrilled about having to go back twice.

It’s a sad day when Taco Bell is the least value proposition in fast food! The taste is still taco bell but the price for what you get is ridiculously high and frankly, not worth the trip. I’ve been a Taco Bell consumer for over 40 years and it’s finally time to put them on the back burner as a last resort. These new steak dipping “burritos” are the last straw. These things are smaller than my Amazon fire stick remote control! At 5.99 there should be at least 4 pieces instead of 2. Our average meal for 2 people when we aren’t confined to the value menu will run right at 30$ including drinks. Sorry Taco Bell, you did it to yourself. We are done.

If you want rude service, cursed at and food thrown together sloppy as hell this is the place to go! Guy had a really bad attitude. We also purchased a slushy and was told the machine has to refreeze. When I asked if I could get a regular drink instead I was told no we can’t do that. Then the guy from the back came up with an attitude again. This place is a JOKE anymore! I’d give zero stars if I could !

OK, going to Taco Bell. I’ve ordered the same thing at every Taco Bell for the last 25 years two bean burritos, extra onion and I’ve never had to pay for onions today. A woman named Edith who told me I get a pinch of onions on my burrito and I said that’s fine if I don’t like it, I’ll send it back and you can make it again. I said I am only asking for extra onions because the last 25 years you guys never put enough sorry she says I can’t take your order and asked me to leave so struggling businesses that have been in business for I don’t know a very long time. Don’t seem to see how important it is to make customers happy Edith should be fired and this restaurant should be closed.

If I could give a 0 I would. I have went here exactly once, at about 5pm, they focus way too hard on “presentation,” as my ingredients were not spread out through the burritos, instead all slumped together in one spot and made it very unenjoyable or balanced to eat. Second, their crispy chicken tastes beyond dry. Its like they used reheated chicken from the previous day, obnoxiously crunchy and tough. No liquids known to man kind has yet to fix the dehydration I suffered from that “crispy” chicken. My meal was also $10, and thats the average for Taco Bell. If you would rather have sub par American-Mexican food, this location is not the place to have it, as it’ll be beyond miserable. Go to the one on Park Blvd instead. At least they care enough to serve fresh ingredients.

I gave them five starts before, but want to update. I showed up at this Taco Bell on a busy Saturday night because I had a problem with a DoorDash delivery. They were kind enough to remake the order for me at no cost. I’m so thankful for that. They turned a really stressful situation into a better one and I appreciate it so much. DoorDash on the other hand will be removed from my phone. I’ll gladly pick up my orders here on my own conserving how helpful and customer service driven they are.

I just went through the drive thru around 6:45pm. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas with only meat, cheese, and tomatos. When I got home and unwrapped them there was only 3 small pieces of chicken on both of them. I have included pictures. I even tried to call them multiple times but no one ever answered. This is ridiculous and a rip off for charging $4 for these.

Ordered a mobile order and got there, all the employees were in the back kitchen gossiping about someone else the whole crew in a huddle not even watching the counter. If I wanted to I could have reached around the counter and got a free drink with all the attention they were not paying to the front counter.

The hard taco shells as well as the one in the crunchwraps were soggy, clearly they were pre-made and sitting in a warmer since i got the order a minute after placing it. I could look past that but I paid extra for beans and onions on the crunchwraps and did not get them. Very disappointing.
